The level of sports in the physical fitness leading category can better reflect the level of a country’s basic sports and has a wider influence in the world.Canoeing is a physical fitness leading periodic water racing sport, which overcomes the resistance of people, boats and water throughout the process, and the requirements for the level of special strength are very high.Fast power is an important part of canoer’s strength composition, especially during the take-off phase and the final sprint.Compared with Europe, where canoeing is a traditional strength, the competitive level of China’s outstanding kayakers is relatively low,and the lack of physical strength is one of them.Plyometric training is a kind of exercise that achieves maximum strength of muscles in the shortest time, which is very targeted to improve the rapid strength of athletes, and at the same time has a good effect on neuro-muscle control. This paper explores the influence of plyometric training on the fast strength of female canoers through literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistical method, aiming to provide relevant suggestions for the scientific training and competition of female canoeing athletes, deepen the understanding and understanding of coaches and athletes on plyometric training, and in order to arouse the attention of coaches and athletes to plyometric training in the training stage of rapid strength development. In this study,12 members of the second team of the Jiangxi Provincial Women’s Canoeing Team were divided into an experimental group with equal numbers and a control group, and the two groups were subjected to experimental training for 8 weeks and 3 times a week, the experimental group underwent plyometric training, the control group carried out traditional resistance training, and the experimental control was strictly implemented according to the standards. The results of the test indicators before and after the experiment were substituted into the SPSS23.0 analysis, and the results were as follows:(1)The test results before and after the experiment of the experimental group showed that the maximum speed of the bench pull, the maximum power of the bench pull, the maximum speed of the bench press, the maximum power of the bench press, the standing long jump, the 30 m sprint run,and the dynamometer 200 m timing showed very significant changes(P<0.01).(2)The test results before and after the experiment in the control group showed that the maximum speed of bench pull, the maximum power of bench pull, the maximum speed of bench press, the maximum power of bench press, and the dynamometer 200 m timing all showed a very significant change P<0.01).The standing long jump and 30 m sprint showed significant changes(P<0.05).The test results after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was a significant difference in the 200 m timing performance of the dynamometer(P<0.01)and the 30 m sprint running performance(P<0.05)between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the maximum bench pull speed, the maximum power of the bench pull, the maximum speed of the bench press, the maximum power of the bench press and the standing long jump performance of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental training, the maximum speed of bench pull, maximum power of bench pull, maximum speed of bench press, maximum power of bench press, standing long jump,30 m sprint running and dynamometer 200 m timing of the experimental group were significantly improved, indicating that plyometric training can significantly improve the rapid strength of female canoers.(2)After 8 weeks of experimental training, the maximum speed, maximum power of bench pull, maximum speed of bench press, maximum power of bench press and 200 m timing of the control group were significantly improved, and the standing long jump and30 m sprint running were significantly improved, indicating that the traditional resistance training can also effectively improve the fast strength of female canoers.(3)After 8 weeks of experimental training, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the 30 m sprint run(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the 200 m timing of the dynamometer(P<0.01),although there was no significant difference in the maximum speed of bench pull, maximum power of bench pull, maximum speed of bench press, maximum power of bench press, and standing long jump, the amplitude and proportion of improvement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, indicating that the plyometric training improved the rapid strength of female canoers better than the traditional resistance training.(4)Plyometric training cannot completely replace traditional resistance training.Although 8 weeks of experiments have shown that plyometric training is better than traditional resistance training in improving rapid strength, fast strength is a combination of speed and strength, and traditional resistance training has an irreplaceable position in improving muscle strength.
