In this paper,the effects of rapid flexion combined training on the explosive force of lower limbs of the four level students were studied.Through the experiment of 100 students in two classes of Grade 3 in Hohhot Middle School 39,50 boys and 22 girls in the experimental group and the control group respectively.The experimental period was 6 weeks(5 classes a week).The experimental group received the combined training of rapid expansion and contraction,while the control group received the training of normal explosive force.Before the experiment,t-test was used to analyze the difference between the height and weight of the students.Before and after the experiment,t-test was used to compare the two groups.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the influence of rapid stretching compound training on the explosive force of the lower limbs of the students of four levels.1.Research results:(1)Before the experiment,there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p > 0.05).(2)Using the paired sample t-test to analyze the differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,it was found that the boys in the experimental group had very significant differences in the five indexes of standing long jump,1 minute rope skipping,standing vertical jump touch height,50 M run and triple frog jump;the boys in the control group had very significant differences except standing long jump.The results showed that both rapid stretching combined training and routine explosive strength training could improve the explosive strength of lower limbs in different degrees.(3)Using the independent sample t-test to analyze the explosive force test indexes of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that there are very significant differences between boys and girls in standing long jump,standing vertical jump and triple frog jump;there are significant differences in1 minute rope skipping and 50 M running.The results showed that the training effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,indicating that the rapid telescopic combined training could better improve the explosive strength of lower limbs.(II)Research conclusion:(1)Compared with the conventional training,the P value of the three indexes of standing long jump,longitudinal high jump and triple frog jump was less than 0.05,and the effect was remarkable.Explosive force of lower limbs is the basis of completing all kinds of technical movements,especially in the sensitive stage of teenagers.(2)Compared with the routine training,the 1 minute skipping rope and 50 M running through six weeks of rapid telescopic combined training had significant P values less than 0.05.Both of them are based on agility and speed,but both of them need good power of lower limbs.Enhancing the power of lower limbs is helpful to improve the test results.(3)After 6 weeks of the experiment,the indexes of the explosive force of lower limbs in the experimental group and the control group were improved to a certain extent.
