| Background: Research related to fast-extension complex training has become hot in recent years, and coaches and athletes in many training teams prefer to use single stable surface fast-extension complex training. However,in practice,it has been revealed that this type of training is not conducive to athletes’ technical migration and performance, and it is also easy to cause damage to the knee and ankle joints of athletes.Since modern sports training has started to pursue the maximization of training benefits and minimization of sports injuries,it has started to shift from heavy load training to high quality training,so many scholars have started to research on mixed unstable surface fast stretch compound training, and the results are not consistent because the research is not well explored,so further research is needed.Methoes: Twenty-four female volleyball players of Hebei provincial team were used as the experimental subjects to study the explosive power of lower limbs of female volleyball players.Literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical and statistical method were used to conduct the study.Firstly, the test indexes and training methods were determined by literature review, expert interview and questionnaire survey.Secondly, the subjects were screened and identified, and the basic information was collected before the experiment, and the subjects were arranged to undergo technical training on relevant training and testing movements to familiarize themselves with the experimental procedure, and the subjects were given relevant quality tests one week before the experiment started. The experimental group was divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisted of 12 participants, and the experimental group used a mixture of unstable ground fast and stretchy compound training and traditional strength training, while the control group used a single stable ground fast and stretchy compound training and traditional strength training.Subsequently, the experimental group and the control group underwent a 10-week training experiment with two experimental interventions per week. Finally, tests were conducted and data were collected, and data were organized and statistically analyzed with the help of Excel 2016 MSO and SPSS23.0 software, and the t-test was used to compare the differences between the experimental and control groups to investigate which training method was more efficient.Results:(1)the experimental group and the control group had very significant improvement in all indicators(P<0.01).(2)the performance of the experimental group in the three indicators of the assisted jump touch test, the swing arm vertical jump test and the hexagonal barrier jump test was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the experimental group and the control group in these three indicators tests after the experiment was significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the half-meter sub-mobile test after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Both mixed unstable ground fast stretching compound training and single stable ground fast stretching compound training can improve the lower limb explosive power of young female volleyball players, but the mixed unstable ground fast stretching compound training has more significant improvement on the lower limb explosive power of young female volleyball players.(2)Mixed unstable ground fast complex training can effectively improve young female volleyball players’ ability to jump in place.(3)Mixed unstable ground fast stretching compound training can effectively improve the ability of young female volleyball players to assist in jumping.(4)There was no significant difference between mixed unstable ground fast stretching training and single stable ground fast stretching training in improving the ability of young female volleyball players to move fast over short distances.(5)Single stable ground fast stretch composite training is widely used in the physical training of competitive sports, but the experiment found that the use of 1:1 mixed non-stable ground and hard ground fast stretch composite training combined with traditional strength training training has a better effect on the development of explosive power of the lower limbs of young female volleyball players, indicating that the use of 1:1 mixed non-stable ground and hard ground fast stretch composite training combined with traditional strength training has a better effect on the development of explosive power of the lower limbs of young female volleyball players. The combination of traditional strength training and non-stable ground training is also suitable for youth female volleyball teams. |
