Changing training methods improve the technical level of athletes by changing the training conditions.The main performance is that when the load or load intensity is constant,different training contents and different forms of training are carried out.In this way,the training content will not be boring,and the muscles will not be prone to premature fatigue,so as to improve the technical level and athletic performance of athletes.The application of the transformation training method to sliding step highlights that the transformation of load,content and form plays an important role in promoting the mastery and promotion of sliding step technology.Therefore,this study aims to study the different degrees of influence of two kinds of training on the sliding technique of junior high school men’s basketball players by experimental method,and observe the difference between the training interest,reaction ability,speed and sensitivity of junior high school basketball players in defensive sliding after applying the conversion training method and conventional training means.Research methods: In the initial stage of this paper,relevant literature at home and abroad was summarized by using literature data method and expert interview method,and experts in related fields were interviewed and consulted,and relevant indexes and training programs were preliminarily formulated.Three rounds of index screening questionnaires were issued to experts through Delphi method,and indexes and training programs were modified and improved according to feedback from experts.Finally,the test index and specific training program of this paper are established.After that,the defensive sliding technique of junior high school men’s basketball players was evaluated by experimental method and mathematical statistics method.24 junior high school men’s basketball players from Beijing Huiwen Middle School were selected as the experimental objects in this paper.Corresponding tests were conducted one week before the experiment,six weeks after the experiment and one week after the experiment,and the data were compared and analyzed.Research results:1.Through the test results analysis of the experimental group and the control group,the two groups respectively in the training of the three stages of the test have different degrees of improvement,specific performance is the transformation of the training method of sliding normalization,speed and responsiveness of the test index there is a significant difference(<0.01),sliding sensitivity test index there is no significant difference(>0.05),This shows that the change training method has a significant effect on the normalization,speed and reaction ability of sliding.2.According to the comparative analysis of the test results of the two groups,the improvement of the experimental group in the late test was more obvious than that in the middle test,and all showed significant differences except the cross slide test(< 0.01);the improvement of the control group in the post-test was not obvious compared with the middle test,and only the restricted area slide test and cross slide test showed significant differences(<0.05).This shows that the use of change training method to improve the defensive slide technique is more comprehensive.Conclusions:1.Changing training method can effectively improve the defensive sliding technique of junior high school men’s basketball players,and as an effective means to improve the defensive sliding technique.2.With the increase of training time,compared with the conventional training method,changing training method is easier for athletes to accept,and it has more advantages for the normalization,speed,sensitivity and reaction ability of sliding technique.To change the training load,content and form of the arrangement more suitable for junior high school men’s basketball players training mode.3.Changing the training method can improve the active degree of sliding training of junior high school men’s basketball players,so that the athletes form a unique training enthusiasm,which is conducive to the development of training.
