With the development of volleyball in the world in the past century,more and more attention has been paid to it at home and abroad Under the background of the continuous development of volleyball,the volleyball technique and competition rules are also improving and perfecting.In the volleyball match,the match becomes more and more intense.The Athlete's speed,strength,endurance and other qualities play a very important role in the athlete's competitive ability.This requires athletes in the field of competition to be flexible,with the ability to move quickly.This research adopts SAQ training method and combines the relevant training methods of Volleyball Special Movement,and tests and analyzes the relevant indexes which can reflect the ability of volleyball special movement,it provides a scientific train of thought and a theoretical basis for the training of volleyball player's rapid athletic ability.This study used literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,experimental methods and other research methods to study the SAQ training method on the ability of rapid volleyball player.In this study,16 men from the Hunan Normal University and the volleyball player were selected as subjects.The training period is 12 weeks.Before the experiment,the fast moving ability of the two groups of students was tested.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group and the control group could be divided into two groups.Before the experiment,the ability of fast movement of the two groups of students was tested.16 team members were divided into experimental group and control group,8 in control group and 8 in experimental group.The experimental group was given SAQ training program intervention,and the control group was given routine fast moving ability training.At the end of the experiment,two groups of experimental data were analyzed by SPSS independent sample t-test,and the results of t-test were processedand analyzed.(1)After 12 weeks of SAQ training,the experimental group and the Control Group were compared and analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the improvement of exercise ability between the volleyball player group and the Control Group.(2)After 12 weeks of SAQ training,the post test scores of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group,and the volleyball player of the experimental group were significantly improved,in particular,the t test,36-meter run,half-meter run and type X run the difference is more significant.Compared with the control group before training,the improvement effect is not so obvious,SAQ training on the volleyball player to improve the ability to move more significantly.(3)After 12 weeks of SAQ training and independent sample t test,we found that there were significant differences in the independent sample t test results of the growth rate of the five test indicators,SAQ training can improve the team members ability to change direction quickly,especially when they move quickly,change direction,deal with obstacles or deal with external stimuli,this shows that the effect of the experimental group is very significant.(4)after 12 weeks of SAQ training,the covariance test of five test indexes showed significant differences,which indicated that some of the interference factors had a very weak effect in the experiment.
