| Journey to the West is a required reading in Chinese curriculum standards and textbooks.Students can feel the artistic charm of classic works when sorting out the contents of the whole book and exploring the details of characters,so as to promote their spiritual growth.In the actual reading process,students tend to have incomplete understanding of the character image,character quality grasp is not deep enough problems.Based on the requirements of the reading task group of the whole book in Chinese curriculum standards,this study carried out the reading exploration of the character image of Sun Wukong in the novel Journey to the West,helping students get rid of the stereotyped understanding of Sun Wukong,construct a comprehensive,rich and three-dimensional character image,and deeply understand the unique spiritual quality of Sun Wukong,so as to enrich their own spiritual world.Be inspired on the road to growth.Starting from a comprehensive understanding of the character image of Sun Wukong,this paper explores the detailed description of the image of Sun Wukong in the distinctive feature of repeated narration in Journey to the West.It adopts the practical research method of "comparative reading" and uses the comparative reading analysis framework as the research tool.According to the character image analysis assignment of "Characters on the Journey to the West" assigned to Class 7(3)in the internship,we have carried out repeated narrative comparative reading on the image of Sun Wukong twice.The practice time is from September 2022 to January 2023.The specific implementation process is as follows:1.Before reading the whole book Journey to the West,I assigned assignments to analyze character images for students,collected assignments to understand learning situation,analyzed assignments of students at different levels according to the actual situation of students’ assignments,and found that students lacked key information extraction,clear sense of dimension classification,unspecific analysis and sense of inference when analyzing character images.2.According to the problems found in the learning situation detection,make clear the comparison content and analyze the character image of Sun Wukong,use the specific method of "comparative reading"(information extraction and classification,analysis of similarities and differences,inference and induction)to carry out teaching practice,carry out the first learning of the repeated narrative comparative reading of Sun Wukong in the demon-conquering process,and provide the steps of "comparative reading" method.Assign the first practical assignment.3.After the first practice,it is found that most students with learning difficulties and middle students need to further strengthen the application of "comparative reading" method,and lack of inferring about the human side of the characters,so as to carry out the second exploration of repeated narrative comparative reading of the detail of Sun Wukong’s "crying",so as to strengthen students’ comprehensive understanding of the characters and feel the spiritual qualities of the characters.Assign a second practice assignment to integrate the inferences about the characters.4.Finally,analyze the practical effect and draw the research conclusion.This study draws the following conclusions: the repeated narration in comparative reading books provides a suitable reading path for in-depth exploration of the characters in the whole book,which is conducive to improving students’ ability to deeply understand and analyze the text content;Comparative reading is helpful to improve students’ thinking qualities such as identification,classification,analysis,comparison,inference and induction.Comparative reading is an effective method suitable for transfer. |
