Research purposes:This study uses combined strength training to conduct experimental interventions on cheerleading students,explore the feasibility of using combined strength training to improve ankle strength and balance.So as to better explore the influence of combined strength training on the special qualities of students in cheerleading.research method:This article selects 16 girls from the professional cheerleading project as the experimental subjects.They were stochastic assign to the experimental groupand the control group,each 8 people.Experimental group implement combined strength training,control group get on the traditional cheerleading physical fitness training.It was no conspicuous difference between two groups,that the early test.The experiment totaling12 weeks,one week training three times.The subject’s balance and ankle muscle strength were tested after experiment.Use SPSS 23.0 to perform independent-sample t-test and paired-sample T-test on the obtained data.Research result:(1)After 12 weeks of combined strength training intervention,there are extremely significant differences in the flexion,eversion PT and RPT of the ankle in the experimental group at the angular speed of 60°/S and180°/S(P<0.01);Ankle dorsiflexion PT and RPT are significantly different(P<0.05),The muscle power of the flexion is conspicuous higher than dorsiflexion;There is no difference between PT and RPT for ankle inversion(P>0.05);There is no difference in ankle dorsiflexion/flexion peak torque ratio(P>0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of combined strength training intervention,the posture stability completion time and the OSI about experimental group have a extremely difference.(P<0.01),There are extremely significant differences in the stability index in the three directions of right,right-back,and left-back(P<0.01);There are significant differences in OSI,API,and MLI moving balance of standing with eyes open(P<0.05);There is a extremely difference in the moving balance of OSI,API,MLI when the left foot is supported with the eyes open(P<0.01);There is a significant difference in dynamic balance OSI with open eyes and right foot support(P<0.05),the API and MLI has extremely difference(P<0.01);There is a conspicuous difference in OSI between standing dynamic balance closed eyes and dynamic balance with left foot support closed eyes(P<0.05);the API and MLI has very significant difference(P<0.01);There is a extremely difference in dynamic balance OSI with closed eyes and right foot support(P<0.01),the API and MLI has are significant differences(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of traditional cheerleading physical fitness training,measured at an angular velocity of 60°/S,there is a significant difference between the PT and RPT of the flexion of the left ankle joint in the control group after the experiment(p<0.05);There is no significant difference in left ankle dorsiflexion,inversion,eversion PT and RPT(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in flexion,dorsiflexion,inversion PT and RPT of the right ankle joint(P>0.05),there is a significant difference between PT and RPT for right ankle eversion(P<0.05);There is no significant difference in ankle dorsiflexion/flexion peak torque ratio(P>0.05).Measured at an angular speed of 180°/S,there is a very significant difference in the flexion PT of the left ankle joint in the control group after the experiment(P<0.01),conspicuous difference in flexion RPT(P<0.05);There is no conspicuous difference in PT and RPT in dorsiflexion,inversion,eversion of the left and right ankle joints(P>0.05);There is no conspicuous difference in ankle dorsiflexion/flexion peak torque ratio(P>0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of traditional cheerleading physical fitness training,The time cheerleading.It has a more significant effect on enhancing the strength of the ankle joint of students specializing in cheerleading,and improving the stability and balance of the ankle joint.(2)Compared with the traditional special physical fitness training of cheerleading,combined strength training has richer content,which increases the fun of training and can more arouse the enthusiasm of students in training.(3)The use of combined strength training to improve and improve the specific physical fitness of the students in the Lala Exercises has a better effect,and at the same time,it will help the students in the Lala Exercises to better complete the technical movements.(4)The traditional special physical fitness training of la la la exercise lacks specificity and interest in the training of ankle joint strength and balance ability.It has an unsatisfactory effect on improving the muscle strength and joint stability of the muscles around the ankle joint,and has
