| In recent years,Latin dance as a new type of sports,gradually become a more common way of sports in our lives,now,many schools in order to enrich students’ sports,and the introduction of Latin dance into campus sports activities,as the choice of school after-school interest groups,and this activity is deeply loved by students,but also let more and more students join it.As an entry-level dance of Latin dance,Chacha dance has entered people’s attention because of its cheerful,lively and easyto-learn characteristics,and learning Chacha dance can play a role in exercising students’ physical fitness,enhancing self-confidence,regulating stress in life,and relaxing and so on.Long-term dance practice,on the one hand,can improve the student’s physical shape and correct the problem of round-shouldered hunchback,on the other hand,it can also enhance the student’s ability to appreciate and appreciate beauty.In this study,the changes of physical fitness indicators and self-confidence scores of grade 3 and 4 students before and after the practice were analyzed and compared with the 12-week practice of Chacha Dance in the third and fourth grade students,and the impact of Chacha dance practice on the physical fitness and selfconfidence of the third and fourth grade students was verified.In this study,48 students from the third and fourth grades of the experimental primary school in Jieshou City,Anhui Province were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,of which 24 people in the experimental group participated in physical education classes every week,and 24 students in the control group carried out normal physical education courses.The experimental group was subjected to 12 weeks of Chacha dance practice,and the control group participated in the physical education course normally,and the results of 50-meter running,sit-ups,sitting forward bending,skipping rope and standing long jump of the third and fourth grade students were tested before and after the experiment.The "Self-confidence Questionnaire" compiled by Shi Danghui(2011)was used to test the self-confidence level of students before and after the experiment,and through statistical analysis of the data before and after the experiment,it was concluded that the physical fitness performance of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment reached an extremely significant difference(P <0.0001).Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness performance of the third and fourth grade students in the experimental group reached an extremely significant difference(P <0.0001),while there was no significant difference in the control group.There was a significant difference in selfconfidence level between the third and fourth grade students in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P ≤0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group.Conclusions:(1)Chacha dance practice and ordinary physical education courses do not promote the performance of 50-meter fast running performance.(2)Chacha dance practice and general physical education courses have improved the sit-up performance of primary school students in the third and fourth grades,but Chacha dance practice has a more significant promoting effect on improving sit-up performance.(3)Chacha dance practice and general physical education courses have an improved effect on the performance of sitting forward bending of primary school students in the third and fourth grades,but Chacha dance practice has a better effect on improving the performance of sitting forward bending of primary school students in the third and fourth grades.(4)Chacha dance practice and ordinary physical education courses have the effect of improving the standing long jump performance of primary school students in the third and fourth grades,but the improvement effect of ordinary physical education courses is not obvious,and Chacha dance practice is better than ordinary physical education courses for improving the standing long jump performance of third and fourth grade students.(5)Through the teaching experiment of Chacha dance for 12 weeks,it can be seen that Chacha dance practice has a significant improvement effect on the rope jumping performance of third and fourth grade students.(6)After 12 weeks of Chacha dance practice,compared with the control group,the experimental group had significant differences in the total self-confidence score and self-confidence in four dimensions,indicating that Chachacha dance practice had a positive impact on the self-confidence of primary school students in the third and fourth grades. |
