Jazz dance is a rapid and dynamic rhythm dance, with a strong extroversion, the action stretch, generous, free, informal form.Because of its unique characteristics of the action and lively music rhythm,by the majority of female college students in the pursuit and love,is a very exercise value of aerobic exercise.Previous studies have shown that jazz dance can effectively improve the physical and mental health of female college students. However, few studies have confirmed that physical fitness in the congenital inheritance and acquired multiple factors affect the individual differences, the same sports content, sustained the same exercise intensity and exercise time jazz dance can achieve the same effect.Based on this, this study jazz movement intervention for the study, physiological indicators(power quality, flexibility quality, sensitive quality)and psychological indicators(positive well-being,fatigue,trouble feeling)to evaluate the content.Using the literature, experimental method, measurement method and mathematical statistics as a means of research, into a period of eight times a month of exercise intervention. The results show:(1)Group comparison showed that after one month of jazz dance exercise intervention,low,sit-ups in a physical group, standing long jump, repeated across, take three-dimensional flexion showed significant upward trend. While the high physical quality group showed a significant downward trend. The physical health of female college students with high physical quality group was significantly lower than that before the experiment, and the physical health level of the low and middle body quality group was higher than that before the experiment. In addition, the overall mental health level between the three groups have been significantly improved, happiness scores have improved significantly, irritability and fatigue scores significantly reduced.(2)Comparison of the group shows that in the physiological aspects for a month jazz dance can effectively improve and improve the low physical quality of female college students under the lumbar muscle strength, lower extremity explosive, sensitive and flexible quality. And for the high physical quality of female college students only in the flexibility of quality has been effectively improved. In psychological terms, the jazz dance exercise intervention, low, medium, high positive well-being physical group,a sense of annoyance and fatigue are to a certain degree have improved,in particular three indicators of psychological improvement is particularly low fitness group obvious.Showing the exercise intensity of the "first discomfort, after the appropriate".And high physical quality group female college students throughout the jazz dance intervention process, did not produce the intensity of the movement is not appropriate. It is concluded that under the intervention of jazz dance in the same sports content, exercise intensity and exercise time, the female students in the lower physical quality group have improved significantly in both physical and mental aspects, while the female college students in the middle and high physical quality groups have A good physical quality basis, making both physical and mental indicators to improve the rate of smaller, even in the high physical quality group appeared in the "inverse growth" phenomenon. It is pointed out that colleges and universities should take into account the influence of the difference of physical quality on the effect of exercise under the premise of carrying out the different sports content to female college students, and realize the effect of exercising by enriching the content of the movement and taking into account the individual differences Final goal.Abc...
