| Teachers’ teaching and research is an activity for teachers to observe the classroom teaching process,analyse classroom teaching performance and overcome the challenges of classroom teaching,and is the main way to promote changes in teachers’ teaching concepts and teaching behaviours and to facilitate their professional development.With the continuous development of the field of "artificial intelligence+teacher education",various intelligent teaching and research platforms have emerged,but due to the varying quality of the platforms,teaching and research is often a formality.At the same time,the community is placing greater demands on teaching and research,and it is becoming increasingly difficult for poorly targeted and less accurate teaching and research activities to meet the development needs of those who teach and the management needs of those who evaluate.How to use intelligent technology and online platforms to allow the organic integration of personalised teacher teaching and research and regional scale teaching and research,to achieve a visual representation of the characteristics of teachers’ teaching behaviour and levels of teaching ability,to accurately diagnose classroom teaching,to encourage mutual help among peers,and to scientifically organise teaching researchers and administrators,has become a hot issue of concern to more scholars.In response to these issues,and against the background of the rapid development of intelligent and precise teaching and research,this paper takes the intelligent teaching and research platform of Xuzhou Quanshan District Education Bureau of the Central Museum of Electrochemical Education as the main research object,and explores the contingent form of generating teacher portraits in the intelligent teaching and research platform to study teaching and research from the perspective of teaching behaviour analysis,with the deep integration of information technology and teaching and research as the key idea.This paper uses a variety of research methods such as literature research,cluster analysis,empirical analysis and interviews,and goes through three stages:combing the multimodal teacher portrait process,designing a multidimensional teacher portrait labeling system and case practice.Firstly,we reviewed and analysed domestic and international literature on teacher portraits and precision teaching and research,and conducted an in-depth interpretation of the conceptual representation of portraits,application scenarios,construction methods,data collection and the defining features,technical support,models,application scenarios and characteristics of precision teaching and research to sort out and verify the scientific nature of this study.Secondly,at the stage of establishing the teacher portrait labeling system,this study discusses from two perspectives:literature analysis and collation and research on the functions of existing platforms,and proposes a set of teacher portrait labeling system that includes four dimensions:basic attributes,teaching and research behaviours,teaching activities and external environment.Finally,relying on the intelligent teaching and research platform of Xuzhou Quanshan District Education Bureau of the Central Museum of Electrochemical Education,this study used two methods,AI-based classroom teaching behaviour observation and gauge-based classroom teaching process observation,to collect teaching and research data from primary and secondary school teachers in a real online teaching and research environment,and filtered and processed the data with the help of specific data analysis tools to output a full set of data including student participation difference analysis The data are then filtered and processed with the help of specific data analysis tools to produce a variety of portraits of teachers across the district,at different schools,levels and types of teachers,including an analysis of differences in student engagement and classroom teaching behaviour.The data reflect that the indicators of "effective integration of new technology and teaching" in Quanshan District are relatively low,and that the smart training in schools should improve teaching ability and IT application ability respectively,and that classroom teaching in language and mathematics should be organised in a targeted manner.This study applies user portrait technology to the field of intelligent and accurate teaching and research for primary and secondary school teachers,helping teachers,researchers and administrators to understand the characteristics of individual teachers’teaching and research and those of teachers in the region as a whole in a more intuitive and clear way,so that they can make adjustments or improvements respectively.By building a teacher portrait construction process,designing a teacher portrait tagging system containing multiple dimensions,and using cases from the platform to complete specific teacher portraits,this study provides ideas on how to accurately facilitate teacher teaching and research activities based on big data analysis. |
