Harbin Roller Skating Club Research On The Current Status Of Training And Development Countermeasures

The development of sports industry is related to the country’s livelihood.Based on the new era,China’s sports industry has been developing rapidly,and the overall scale of sports,fitness and leisure activities is gradually expanding.In the case of roller skating,which is the subject of this paper,it is currently favored by more and more young people because of its recreational and fitness nature.In recent years,roller skating clubs in Harbin City have achieved rapid development,especially under the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the lead and drive of the Winter Olympics,it has ushered in the peak of development.However,with the acceleration of development,some problems have gradually emerged.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of some roller skating clubs in Harbin to identify the problems in the training and teaching of roller skating clubs in Harbin and propose strategies to deal with them.This paper uses research methods such as literature,expert interviews,fieldwork,video observation,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics to focus on the problems in the training and teaching of roller skating clubs in Harbin City and to propose targeted strategies to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of roller skating clubs in Harbin City.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)At present,the roller skating clubs in Harbin City are influenced by the government policy environment and industry associations,and the overall development is relatively fast.There are more males and the overall age of the participants is younger;the motivation of the participants to learn roller skating is relatively clear,and the training years are shorter;in training,the main injuries of the participants are minor injuries;in terms of the frequency and achievements of the club’s participation in competitions,the Harbin roller skating club participates in competitions infrequently and the competition results are relatively average;the ratio of male to female coaches in the club is seriously imbalanced,the age gradient distribution of the coaches is unbalanced,the level of education is The coaches have short teaching experience,most of them are part-time and seldom participate in training,which affects the level and quality of roller skating training;the overall teaching venue of the club is poor,and the requirements for hardware facilities are not high;the performance management of coaches is backward;the teaching quality of coaches needs to be improved,and the teaching methods and means are single;the club lacks a scientific teaching evaluation system.(2)The establishment conditions of roller skating clubs in Harbin are relatively low,lacking the corresponding cultural atmosphere,and most citizens do not pay enough attention to roller skating.The mobility of students is large,and there is a general lack of excellent and professional coaches,and the composition of personnel is complicated;the teaching level and attitude of some coaches need to be improved;there is a lack of exchange and learning mechanism for coaches.(3)Harbin roller skating club needs to enhance the sustainable development capacity.Implement a dual management mechanism,strengthen the support and supervision of the sports administration department and the roller skating association to the roller skating club,and give certain policy inclination;reasonably use and improve the roller skating venue;improve the quality of coaches in multiple ways,optimize the teaching methods and means,and deliver the latest roller skating technology and teaching results to the coaches of Harbin roller skating club in a timely manner;improve the fun of roller skating,and continuously improve and exhibit the training effect of trainees.This paper puts forward targeted development strategies for the problems existing in the training and teaching of roller skating clubs in Harbin: first,from the perspective of the government,the top-level design of the industry management and development planning of roller skating clubs in Harbin should be strengthened,while the self-regulatory mechanism of the club industry should be established to strengthen the management of club practitioners;second,the reasonable utilization and perfection of the venues of roller skating clubs in Harbin should be strengthened Construction.Relevant government departments and roller skating associations should actively coordinate the construction of venues and the organization of roller skating competitions,and clubs should strengthen the construction of professional and safe roller skating venues,improve teaching conditions,and improve the standardization and scale of club development;third,take a variety of measures to improve the overall quality of club coaches,focusing on the optimization of teaching methods,teaching assessment and evaluation,and the construction of the coach’s own team;finally To comprehensively enhance the interest of students and enthusiasm for roller skating sustained motivation,to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Harbin City Roller Skating Club.
