Research On Emotional Counseling And Support For People In Community Home Quarantine During The Epidemic With Social Work Interventio

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has been effectively controlled in the world,the epidemic is not completely over and there are still uncertainties and great risks.In addition,from the history of human social development,the occurrence of the epidemic cannot be completely eliminated.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize and analyze the experience of prevention and control during the New Crown epidemic in order to better cope with possible future epidemics.The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of social work interventions in emotional de-escalation and social support for home isolates during the epidemic,and to propose suggestions for a sound psychological de-escalation mechanism for community residents.The study found that home isolates often face many difficulties during the epidemic,especially emotional problems,which have a great impact on their physical and mental health and social life.Social work has advantages in intervening in the emotional problems of home isolates,such as being able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner,providing personalized support and services,and alleviating the anxiety and panic of home isolates.In order to better provide social support to home isolates,this paper proposes to build a talent training system for community mental health defense mechanism,improve the resource linkage system,and establish a community guarantee mechanism to strengthen the role of social work in epidemic prevention and control.The outstanding innovation of this paper is to explore the advantages of online case services in social work intervention in emotional problems of home isolates,and to reflect on the shortcomings of the theory in case work,finally concluding that social work intervention in emotional relief and social support of home isolates has an important role.The author was involved in providing casework services for home isolates.Despite the lack of sufficient practical experience,with the help of the author,the home isolates received professional emotional guidance and support,which eventually effectively alleviated their emotional problems.It can be seen that the casework approach is an effective way to provide emotional services to home isolates,and the professional skills and support of social workers are indispensable.Resisting the epidemic is not just a personal matter.Paying attention to the psychological problems of home isolates reflects the spirit of putting people first,not only providing services to the isolated,but also taking care of their families,and thus the harmony and stability of the whole community and society as a whole,which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of prevention and control.The great spirit of fighting against the epidemic,life first,the unity of the nation,the sacrifice of life and death,the respect for science,and the sharing of fate.
