The newly promulgated "Compulsory Education Physics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly proposes to cultivate students’ core literacy and pay attention to the consistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" in teaching. The consistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" is the internal requirement of cultivating students’ core quality.Through research,it is found that there is inconsistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" in the current junior high school physics teaching, which makes the physics teaching not carried out around the curriculum standards, and the situation of only paying attention to examination points still exists in physics teaching.Obviously, this form of teaching is difficult to really implement the goal of core literacy. Therefore, under the new educational background,it is particularly important to change the thinking of teachers’ teaching design and carry out the overall design of "teaching, learning and evaluation".Reverse instructional design is a design mode to achieve the consistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" and cultivate students’ core quality. The main contents of this study are:The first part is a literature study on the consistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" and reverse instructional design, understanding their historical origins and current research status, and analyzing their internal relations. The second part is to investigate the current situation of physics teaching in junior high school.By using the method of questionnaire, this paper investigates the students’ learning and teachers’ teaching design, and analyzes the problems existing in the current physics teaching. The third part is the construction of instructional design model.According to the practical problems investigated and the theoretical analysis in the first part, the model of reverse teaching design is optimized. On the basis of the three-stage design of reverse teaching design, the consistency test stage of "teaching, learning and evaluation" is added, and each stage is elaborated in detail,so that it can promote the consistent implementation of "teaching, learning and evaluation" in physics teaching. The fourth part is the case design using the new design model. The unit design and class hour design are carried out for the chapter "Pressure" of junior high school physics, which provides reference ideas for carrying out the reverse teaching design of junior high school physics from the perspective of "teaching, learning and evaluation".The fifth part is to analyze the practical effect.Through classroom observation, student questionnaire survey and teacher interview,we can understand the implementation effect of reverse instructional design and the opinions of front-line teachers on the model.Through research, the following conclusions can be drawn:First,"teaching, learning and evaluation" is the effective way to develop students’ core literacy put forward by the curriculum standards in junior high school physics teaching, and the teaching can be designed as a whole through reverse teaching design.Second, there is still a separation of "teaching, learning and evaluation" in the current junior high school physics class.Teachers are still accustomed to the traditional test-oriented design of classroom teaching.Third, the reverse instructional design under the consistency of "teaching, learning and evaluation" is an effective way to improve the separation of "teaching, learning and evaluation" in the current junior high school physics teaching, which is conducive to achieving the goal of cultivating students’ core quality of physics.
