| At present,grandparenting has become a universal social phenomenon in the world.A number of research data shows that the grandparents have become one of the main caregivers of children.Grandparenting is a kind of parenting mode to supplement parental upbringing,which has its importance and necessity.However,the grandparents who participate in the education of other generations have long faced many challenges.Grandparents’ physical and mental health,financial well-being and life satisfaction suffer as a result of caring for grandchildren.In addition,with the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education and the policy of "Double Reduction" and other relevant laws and policies,grandparents who bear a certain responsibility for raising children need to improve their educational quality and effectively fulfill their responsibility for family education.As one of the family education guidance services for grandparents,the Positive Parenting Program in Australia is an evidence-based parenting support program that is both effective and acceptable.In order to improve the scientific parenting level of the grandparents and help them to better deal with the challenges caused by the education of the grandparents,the positive Australian grandparents education program which has some effects on the education of the grandparents will be of some reference to our country.According to Merton’s functional analysis paradigm,this research will be mainly divided into the following parts:The first part of this paper is the introduction,which mainly introduces the question,core concept definition,domestic and foreign research overview,research significance,theoretical basis and research methods.The second part mainly describes the background of the Positive Parenting Program,including the policy background,theoretical background and practical background,and explores the source of the program through the causal analysis.The third part mainly introduces the content of the Positive Parenting Program,including the theoretical basis of the program,curriculum system,implementation form and guarantee mechanism,mainly introduces and analyzes the functional analysis of the Grandparent Positive Parenting Program and its intermediary variable mechanism in detail.The fourth part mainly discusses the characteristics of the Positive Parenting Program and analyzes which factors are conducive to the realization of the program function.The fifth part focuses on the analysis of the impact of the Positive Parenting Program,including the positive and negative effects of the program.The sixth part discusses the enlightenment of the program for our country by analyzing the range of groups and the range of systems involved in one of the observed consequences of the program,and how to maintain its function in our particular cultural and social context. |
