| Using picture books as a teaching carrier and expanding and practicing their content has become one of the important educational means in kindergarten language education activities.As picture book teaching continues to deepen,picture book drama performance activities,as a new and effective form of education,are increasingly favored by kindergartens.Children play a variety of roles in picture book drama activities.Through diverse experiences,they learn to express and communicate,enrich imagination and creation,understand cooperation and execution,understand respect and appreciation,and improve their overall quality.However,there are some problems in the development of kindergarten picture book drama activities at present.For example,when designing and implementing picture book drama activities,teachers ignore the actual situation and learning needs of children,and use a rigid and single method to train children to remember picture book content and master performance skills,making the activities mere formality,which does not play a corresponding educational role.To solve these problems and improve the quality of kindergarten picture book drama activities,develop the concept of appropriate practice as an educational concept that has received worldwide attention and recognition.The basic concepts it advocates can provide effective guidance for the design and implementation of kindergarten picture book drama activities.Therefore,this study combines the practical concept of development appropriate to design and implement kindergarten picture book drama activities,and conducts three rounds of action research.First of all,in the preparation stage,through interviews with teachers,we learned about the current situation of kindergarten picture book drama activities,and found that there are problems such as teachers’ cognitive misunderstandings about kindergarten picture book drama activities,deviation in the setting of picture book drama activity goals,narrow selection range of activity picture books and lack of adaptation,a single organizational form of picture book drama activities,and a mere formality in the design of picture book drama activities.Secondly,in order to solve these problems,the researcher designed the goals,content,implementation plan,and evaluation of kindergarten picture book drama activities based on the practical concept of development appropriate.Finally,conduct action research,through reflection and evaluation of each round of picture book drama activities,adjust the activity design and practice,and ensure that each round of action has significant improvement.Through three rounds of action based research,it is found that kindergarten picture book drama activities can promote the development of children’s language skills,physical expression,interpersonal skills,and other aspects;The design and implementation of appropriate kindergarten picture book drama activities should be based on children’s development level,interests,and life experience;The design and implementation of kindergarten picture book drama activities should deeply explore and explore the "dramatic elements" of picture books;The implementation of kindergarten picture book drama activities should achieve a balance between effective guidance from teachers and independent creation by children.Finally,specific suggestions and strategies are proposed for the design and implementation of kindergarten picture book drama activities from the aspects of activity goal setting,activity content selection,activity link design,and activity implementation process. |
