| “The E-marketing Course” as a secondary vocational school e-commerce professional students compulsory core curriculum,in secondary vocational students’ career development plays a very important role,but through the investigation is easy to find that,the current secondary vocational school network marketing course teaching effect is not ideal,Students generally have a low interest in learning,Students are not active in class,there are also students’ learning purpose is not clear phenomenon.So explore can stimulate students the network marketing course learning motivation teaching design is necessary to improve the students’ learning efficiency.ARCS motivation model as a teaching design model that can stimulate students’ learning motivation,we can use this model to design and implement teaching,so as to mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and stimulate students’ learning motivation.This study takes the students of e-commerce major in a secondary vocational school in Luoyang city as the object of teaching practice.First,before starting the action research,with the help of the ARCS motivation model design questionnaire,Investigate the current teaching status of The E-marketing Course,Summarize the existing problems and deficiencies in the current teaching process;Secondly,The textbook of The E-marketing Course should be based on the relevant dimensions of ARCS motivation model,Put forward the corresponding teaching design strategies for different dimensions;This teaching practice has carried out three rounds of action research,Each round of action research is carried out based on the previous round of action research,Finally,the three typical teaching processes in the three rounds of action research are selected for detailed explanation.Finally,the results of the implementation were analyzed,reflected and summarized.After three rounds of action research,the questionnaire needs to be given out again,and the data were processed and analyzed with the help of SPSS and EXCEL,and propound some suggestions for the application of the model in the network marketing course.The results of this action study verify that the combination of ARCS motivation model and teaching design has a certain effect on stimulating the enthusiasm of secondary vocational students in the classroom and improving their learning interest and learning motivation.It shows that the teaching design with the help of ARCS motivation model can attract students ’attention,make students gain enough satisfaction and confidence in the classroom,not only improve the student learning efficiency,help students develop good learning habits,but also form a virtuous circle for stimulating students’ learning motivation. |
