| Officials from the Ministry of Education have also suggested that curriculum innovation to stimulate children’s interest in sports will help improve the amount of time children spend doing physical exercise,thereby improving physical health.How to improve students’ interest in physical exercise and physical health has become a problem for the Ministry of Education and physical education teachers to think about.Sports games are a very good way of teaching.Sports games can be used as a way to exercise and improve students’ interest and physical health.For the sixth grade students,they are young,and in the physical,psychological and other aspects of the enlightenment of the key stage of development,sports games can not only increase their knowledge,develop their intelligence,edify their sentiments,but also cultivate their courage to fight,unity and cooperation will quality.Integrating sports games into physical education can,on the one hand,provide them with high-quality sports resources.Sports games are diverse,simple and interesting.Through sports games,children can release their nature and stimulate students’ interest in active participation in sports activities.On the other hand,in sports games,students can learn basic movements by running,jumping,chasing,chasing,hiding and ducking,so as to promote the development of skeletal muscles,improve students’ physical strength,coordination,agility,flexibility and other qualities,so as to improve their physical health level.It can also lay the foundation for lifelong sports.By referring to relevant literature,it is found that some scholars have studied the relationship between physical education games and physical education teaching,analyzed the positive effect of physical education games on physical education teaching,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in the aspect of primary school students’ mental health.However,previous researches mainly focus on investigative research,which has limitations and only stays at the theoretical level,lacking scientific monitoring,with more review studies and relatively few experimental studies.In this study,literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to select two classes of students in Grade 6 of Yucheng Baohe Primary School as research objects.According to the requirements of the national physical health standards,height,weight,vital capacity,50-meter run,seated forward bend,one-minute jump rope,one-minute sit-up and 50m×8 round trip run were selected as the research indicators.The sports game intervention program was developed and implemented according to the plan,and the experimental results and data were compared statistically,analyzed and studied.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Sixth grade students are at a critical stage of growth and development,and all indicators of physical health have been improved to some extent,which is a normal phenomenon in line with the law of human growth and development.2.Different teaching methods have different promoting effects on students’ physical health.Although physical education game teaching and traditional physical education teaching can have a certain impact on the sixth grade students’ physical health,but the reasonable application of physical education game teaching method in the process of primary school physical education,more stimulate students’ interest in active learning,promote the healthy development of students’ physical health.3.After the intervention of sports games teaching,the physical health indicators of the experimental group of grade 6 primary school students are better than those of the control group,and the effect of boys is more obvious than that of girls,showing significant differences in vital capacity,50-meter running,sitting forward bending,one-minute skipping,one-minute sit-up and 50m×8 round trip running. |
