As a component of the six core qualities,mathematical operation literacy plays an important role in the development of the quality of high school mathematics education.The Quality Monitoring Center of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education proposed that we should attach importance to the factors affecting the quality development of high school education.Therefore,the mining of factors affecting mathematical literacy not only conforms to the trend of education quality monitoring and research,but also meets the realistic demand of improving students’ mathematical literacy,which has certain theoretical and practical value.On the basis of studying relevant literature,this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research.First,test papers were prepared according to the theory of mathematical operation literacy level division in the 2020 revised General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards,and front-line teachers were interviewed.Secondly,SPSS21.0 software was used to conduct a descriptive and differential analysis of the data obtained from the test paper,and the causes of typical errors in the test paper were analyzed.Combined with the analysis and interview results,the current situation and main influencing factors of the mathematical operation literacy of senior high school students in H City were understood.Thirdly,a questionnaire was compiled from the dimensions of the four influencing factors and a structural equation model(SEM)was established.Software such as AMOS23.0 was used to explore the degree of influence of each factor on mathematical operation literacy and the relationship between the factors.Therefore,based on the results of current situation investigation and factor model analysis,this paper puts forward the strategy of cultivating students’ mathematical operation literacy.Based on the survey and model analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall level of students’ mathematical operation literacy needs to be improved;There is little difference in the students’ performance in the first and second level questions,but there is a big difference in the third level questions.The overall literacy level of girls is better than that of boys and there is a significant difference in level three between them.Typical problems of students’ calculation are: basic knowledge is not strong;It is difficult to extract the mathematical information of situational problems;It is difficult to construct operational ideas;Lack of interpretation of the problem;Less optimization algorithm is acquired;The handwriting is not standard.(2)The descriptive statistical results of the questionnaire showed that the low degree of identification was self-identity,reflection summary and calculation skills,and parents’ targeted guidance;High in agreement are learning perseverance,knowledge exchange between teachers and students,home learning environment and emotional support.(3)The influence degree of each factor on mathematical literacy from strong to weak is: teaching behavior > arithmetic habit > emotional attitude >family environment.(4)The correlation of each factor is as follows: the direct positive influence of family environment and teaching behavior on emotional attitude belongs to the medium effect,and the indirect positive influence on arithmetic habit belongs to the small effect;The direct positive effects of family environment and emotional attitude on arithmetic habits are large effect and medium effect respectively;The correlation between family environment and teaching behavior is high.In view of the above conclusions,the strategies for cultivating students’ mathematical literacy are given from seven aspects: mastering basic knowledge,strengthening skill summary,attaching importance to situational problems,enhancing students’ sense of selfidentity,developing good mathematical habits,promoting home-school communication and paying attention to individual differences.
