In the current educational background, more and more students are recruited in colleges and universities, and the scale of graduates is getting larger and larger. Therefore, the employment situation facing college students is not optimistic.Under such circumstances,it is imperative to improve the employment ability of college students.Colleges and universities should focus on training the employability of college students. Therefore,it is of great value to explore the influencing factors of college students' employability. There are many factors that affect the employment of university graduates. This paper divides them into two parts: non-capacity factors and ability factors.Using different methods to analyze the impact of employment, firstly use Logistic regression model to analyze the impact of non-capacity factors on the employment of graduates. The non-capacity factors are set in six aspects: gender, origin, whether it is an only child, political outlook, family monthly income, and parental education. It is concluded that the student's place of origin and parental education have a significant impact on employment. Then use the structural equation model to analyze the influencing factors of graduates' employability.Based on the Career EDGE model, the career development study, experience and experience, professional field ability, general skills, emotional intelligence and self-knowledge 6 factors that may affect the employment ability of college graduates Subdivided into 28 sub-variables.The results of the study show that professional development learning indicators have no significant effect on employability.Emotional quotient indicators, professional field indicators, experience indicators, general skills indicators, and self-recognition indicators have passed significant tests and employability. The effects are all significantly positively related. Then according to the effect decomposition of each potential factor's influence on the employment ability,it can be concluded that the emotional quotient index has no direct effect on the employability, but that it has an indirect effect of 0.206 on the employability through self-cognition and professional field indicators; The impact of experience indicators on employment ability is all direct;general and self-cognitive indicators have both direct and indirect effects on employability, and have the greatest overall effect. It can be seen that general skills indicators and self-cognition indicators are the two main factors that affect the employment ability of university students.By devising the main influencing factors affecting the employment ability of university graduates, and making relevant recommendations based on pertinence, graduates need to focus on strengthening self-knowledge and general skills training.Universities and employers should attach great importance to the cultivation of college students' employability.Colleges and universities should also adhere to the strategy of "bringing in and going out" to improve the employability of college students.Colleges and universities need to focus on individual emphasis to strengthen the training of generic skills and self-cognition.
