| In recent years,in the severe situation of the global epidemic,offline Chinese teaching has been hit by unprecedented impact.The teaching position has been shifted from offline to online,and the classroom management mode has also changed from the original "teacher-student face-to-face" to "teacher-screen student".The network situation of teachers and students,the degree of self-discipline of students,the supervision and management of parents,the classroom management level of teachers,and the country time difference will directly affect the management of online Chinese classroom.Based on the research on online Chinese classroom management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the basic situation and causes of online Chinese classroom management of Kowen high School KOKANG in northern Myanmar.Combined with the investigation,this paper puts forward suggestions on online Chinese classroom management in order to improve online classroom management strategies and effectively intervene students’ problem behaviors.In this paper,literature reading method,classroom observation method,questionnaire method and case analysis method are adopted to investigate and study the classroom management methods of online Chinese teachers in Kowen high School KOKANG in northern Myanmar.Through long-term classroom observation and questionnaire survey results,the author finds that the factors affecting online Chinese classroom management mainly include four aspects.They are environmental factor,teacher factor,student factor and school factor.Therefore,the author makes an in-depth analysis of all factors by combining classic cases.In Chapter 5,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of online Chinese classroom in Kowen high School KOKANG in northern Myanmar,and provides methods from the four levels of environment,teachers,students and schools,so that Chinese teachers can timely intervene in the problems of students in online teaching practice and find out the solutions to the problems.Effective classroom management should be carried out to enrich the research results of online Chinese teaching classroom management,reduce the occurrence of students’ problem behaviors,improve teaching efficiency,ensure the smooth progress of online teaching,and fundamentally enhance students’ interest and effect in learning Chinese. |
