| Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of education system and mechanism,reducing the burden of homework and off-campus training for primary and secondary school students has become a breakthrough point of reform.To this end,the state promulgated a series of documents,including the " double reduction " policy,which provided opportunities for the development of after-school services.As an important part of after-school service content,physical education is of great significance to improve students physical health and promote their all-round development.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the actual development process,and the quality of after-school sports services needs to be improved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the development path of after-school sports services in Dezhou primary schools by taking advantage of the implementation of the " double reduction " policy.This study uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to investigate and analyze the development of after-school sports services in 12 primary schools in Dezhou City,combined with the practical difficulties of the development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Dezhou City,through SWOT analysis tools for overall analysis.On this basis,according to the guiding ideology,task and goal,principle and condition guarantee of the development of after-school sports service,the development path of after-school sports service in Dezhou primary school is constructed,aiming at promoting the further development of after-school sports service in Dezhou primary school and providing practical reference and theoretical reference for the development of after-school sports service in other regions.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The 12 primary schools surveyed in Dezhou have carried out after-school sports services,but the frequency is low.The schools carry out two times a week,each time for one hour.The source of funding for after-school sports services is mainly supported by the government and parents.The rules and regulations of after-school services need to be further improved,and there are deficiencies in implementation.(2)After-school sports service instructors are mainly composed of physical education teachers in the school.The education background is mainly undergraduate,and the gender difference is obvious.The number of teachers with teaching age within 3 years is large,and the age is younger.(3)After-school sports services are mainly organized in the form of sports associations.The intensity of activities is more reasonable.The number of students who choose rope skipping and ball games is in the majority.Most primary school students believe that their physical health and motor skills are improved after participating in after-school sports services.Teachers,students and parents are more satisfied with after-school sports services,but there is a single content to carry out.Teachers have greater work pressure,and academic pressure has become a key factor limiting primary school students participation in after-school sports services.(4)SWOT analysis shows that after-school sports service has multiple internal advantages,such as solving the problem of parents " difficult transportation ",promoting the development of students physical and mental health,implementing the "Healthy China " strategy,and developing the core literacy of students sports disciplines.However,there are also internal disadvantages,such as the lack of standardization in the process of after-school sports service,low frequency of development,less content,unbalanced development of sports teachers,and the inability of sports venues to meet the needs.At the same time,it also has external opportunities,such as government policy support,the awareness of national fitness,the standardization of off-campus sports training institutions,the main body of after-school sports service,the high recognition of parents,and the strong awareness of students participation.There are external challenges such as the conflict between the concept of exam-oriented education and the goal of after-school service,the diversion of non-sports subjects,the difficulty of solving safety factors,and the high academic pressure of students.(5)According to the development status of primary school after-school sports service in Dezhou and SWOT analysis,combined with the relevant policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education and local government departments,improve the guiding ideology,tasks and objectives,principles and conditions of the development path of primary school after-school sports service in Dezhou.(6)From the three perspectives of government,school and society,this paper puts forward the development path of after-school sports service in Dezhou primary school : taking the government as the leading factor,implementing the top-level design,clarifying the power and responsibility departments,improving the competition system and improving the assessment mechanism;take the school as the main body,strengthen the system construction,introduce incentive measures,enrich the service content,improve the site supply,and establish the evaluation system;with the help of society,we can obtain family support,promote the development of public welfare after-school sports services in communities and streets,introduce university resources and promote excellent off-campus sports clubs into campus. |
