| After the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Stage of Compulsory Education" in2021,most regions have reduced the burden of students according to the actual local conditions,actively explored the form of after-school services,and provided students with diversified service content and learning development space;Meet the individualized development of students,so that students’ physical fitness and motor skills can be effectively improved.As an important part of after-school services,sports is an important measure to improve the quality of after-school sports services and implement the "double reduction" work.As a pilot city for the "double reduction" work,Chengdu has provided favorable conditions such as policy,time and organizational guarantee for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the development of after-school sports services.This study used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to take the optimization path of after-school sports services in primary schools in Chengdu under the "double reduction" policy as the research object,and the physical education teachers,students,parents and school leaders of 12 primary schools in Chengdu as the survey objects.This paper analyzes the development status,influencing factors and existing problems of after-school sports services in primary schools in Chengdu under the "double reduction" policy,and proposes an optimal development path for the sustainable development of after-school sports delayed services and the solution of related problems.(1).After-school sports services in primary schools in Chengdu are mainly based on traditional projects,and there are few emerging projects;Most schools have reasonable lesson hours,frequency and exercise load arrangements;The organizational form and basis are single,resulting in limited student choices.(2).The management of the main body of the school is not perfect,there are flaws in the safety and security of students,and the teacher’s understanding of the supervision system is ambiguous;The composition of the teaching force is unstable and weak,and the workload of teachers is large;The school’s hardware facilities are incomplete,and the form of student participation is limited;Lesson hours are reasonably charged.(3).Parents have insufficient understanding of the "double reduction" policy and after-school services and other relevant documents,and are satisfied with the development of after-school sports services,but parents believe that it is necessary to optimize.(4).The factors affecting after-school sports services are complex,involving multiple elements and multiple bodies,mainly manifested in teachers’ lack of energy,limited subsidies and strong mobility;weak parental awareness;Students’ academic burden has not been effectively reduced.Problems in after-school sports services in primary schools in Chengdu:(1)The project setting,organizational form and content are single,and the comprehensive and balanced development of after-school sports services is hindered;(2)The strength of the teaching team is weak,and the supply of after-school sports service subjects is insufficient;(3)The school’s main management and security guarantee are inadequate,resulting in the school’s supervision and evaluation system is incomplete;(4)The ratio of school hardware facilities is simplified,and students’ needs are restricted;(5)The linkage between home and school is insufficient,and the awareness of tripartite collaborative development needs to be improved;(6)The interpretation of policies is not comprehensive,and the goals of after-school sports services are not clear.According to the survey results,the optimization path of after-school sports services in primary schools in Chengdu is proposed:(1)enrich the content system of after-school sports services and learn from typical experiences;(2)Strengthen teachers,broaden the recruitment channels of physical education teachers,and realize the diversification of teachers;(3)Improve the supervision and evaluation system,and improve the sports safety guarantee mechanism;(4)"Internal and external linkage" rationally use off-campus resources and expand site supply;(5)Strengthen the coordinated development of home-school clubs and give full play to the role of tripartite education;(6)Accurately implement the spirit of the document,clarify the goals,and ensure the comprehensive educational role of after-school sports services. |
