Assignment design is an important part of instructional design.In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage,requiring schools to continuously optimize homework practice,adjust homework structure,and reduce the total amount and duration of homework;In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022Edition)for Compulsory Education,which encourages teachers to assign stratified and flexible and individualized homework.On this basis,how to design the job is a question worth thinking about.This study focuses on the keyword of "hierarchical operation design and management",clarifies the design overview of mathematics stratified homework design in upper primary school grades under the background of double reduction,mainly includes the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis,principles and values of layered homework design,and clarifies the content framework and design elements of layered homework design based on the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" and the specific requirements of the "double reduction" policy.After clarifying the basic framework of stratified homework design in upper primary school under the background of double reduction,422 questionnaires of effective teachers were collected by using the survey and research method to understand the current situation of stratified homework design,and found that there were some problems in the design of mathematics stratified homework in upper primary grades under the background of double reduction.First of all,the lack of management of student stratification is manifested in the arbitrariness of teachers to stratify students,the simple and crude stratification of students,and the stratification based on grades alone;Secondly,the design of layered operation lacks scientifically,which is mainly manifested in the limitations of layered operation objectives,the homogeneity of layered operation content,the single type of layered operation,and the formalization of layered operation evaluation.Therefore,based on the above research,the corresponding process and strategy are proposed.Firstly,the hierarchical design of students standardizes the systematic nature of teachers to stratification of students,and secondly,the hierarchical design of homework improves the scientific nature of the objectives,content,types,schemes and evaluations of layered homework design.Through the two dynamic strategies of student layered design and homework layering design,with the help of teaching materials,the case practice of mathematics layered homework design in upper primary schools under the background of double reduction is carried out,and the sub-point suggestions are made from the three aspects of school,teacher and student to help the implementation of double reduction.
