| On July 24,2021,in order to continuously standardize off-campus training(including online and offline training)and effectively reduce the excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in the compulsory education stage,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage.On June 6,2022,in order to implement the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage,the General Administration of Sports of NingXia Hui Autonomous Region,the General Office of the Party Committee and the General Office of the Government of the Autonomous Region formulated and issued the Standards for the Establishment of Off-campus Youth Sports Training Institutions.In order to explore the implementation of the national"double reduction" policy and the "standards" promulgated by the autonomous region,this paper sampled the martial arts training institutions of children and adolescents in YinChuan,and a total of 10 children’s and adolescents’martial arts training institutions in YinChuan City were sampled for investigation.Through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis,the teachers,the actual situation of the curriculum system,the venue facilities,the marketing management and the parents of the trainees of the training institutions were investigated and studied.The study found that there are still some practical problems in YinChuan children’s and teenagers’ martial arts training institutions:(1)YinChuan City is still in the early stage of development,the geographical layout is reasonable,and all training institutions can be based on schools and have relatively sufficient student resources.The number of professional trainers is insufficient and the quality is uneven.On this basis,martial arts training institutions can basically organize teaching according to the needs of students,and their teaching content is also relatively scientific,which is welcomed by most students.(2)The venues of YinChuan Children’s Martial Arts Training Institution have basically met the requirements of children’s martial arts teaching.However,at present,most of the indoor training places do not meet the height requirements,and there is a lack of standardized training places.There are deficiencies in the configuration of physical exercise equipment,and most sports training institutions are equipped with imperfect types of martial arts equipment,and the number of sports equipment is insufficient.(3)Improve the labor employment contract between training institutions and coaches,give excellent coaches the opportunity to obtain a share of the company’s shares,and let excellent coaches coexist with training institutions.Establish and improve the coach assessment system,reward the outstanding and punish the laggard,and keep the coach team in a high-quality and high-level state for regular evaluation of the technical level and teaching ability;Train a team of experienced martial arts instructors.(4)The promotion method of martial arts training institutions is outdated,and the institution has not formed a clear business philosophy,although the promotion method is very effective,but the conversion rate of students is very low.Some institutions have established partnerships with schools,but with little success.(5)The trainees of the training institution have insufficient competition experience,the acquisition of the trainee certificate is not good,and although the trainees of the training institution have the experience of participating in the competition,they have fewer opportunities to participate in the regular competition.(6)Coaches of various institutions have the situation of "wearing multiple hats",which makes some coaches unclear about their teaching priorities. |
