Research On The Current Situation Of Youth Sports Training Institutions In Tianjin And Strengthening Supervision Under The Background Of "double Reduction

With the continuous improvement of our country’s economic level,people’s living concepts have gradually changed.Daily physical exercise and maintaining good health have received widespread attention,which has also promoted the sustained and positive development of China’s sports market economy.Since the national implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the academic pressure on young people in China has been effectively reduced both inside and outside the school,and the "status" of extracurricular sports training institutions has continued to rise.More and more student parents have started to pay attention to their children’s physical fitness development.Under this environment,youth sports training institutions have achieved rapid development,but at the same time,some problems have emerged in the management and supervision of these institutions."If the youth are strong,the country is strong." The physical health of young people is related to the future development of our nation.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the development and supervision of youth sports training institutions,and it is urgent to ensure the healthy development of these institutions.This paper investigates the current situation of youth sports training institutions in Tianjin under the background of the "double reduction" policy and proposes corresponding measures to improve the current situation of supervision,which has certain practical value and application prospects.This paper is based on the background of the national "double reduction" policy,with Tianjin Youth Sports Training Institute as the research object,taking statistical analysis and regulatory governance as the starting point,and using research methods such as literature,interview,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics.This article analyzes and discusses the current development situation and existing problems of youth sports training institutions in Tianjin,and constructively provides corresponding countermeasures,providing theoretical support for the future development of youth sports training institutions in Tianjin and the improvement of regulatory status.The research results show that:(1)Under the background of "double reduction",most of Tianjin’s youth sports training institutions have overcharged,insufficient registered funds,and inadequate venues and facilities;The curriculum content is not standardized,and the quality of training is uneven.In terms of publicity,institutions mostly adopt the form of online+offline dual channels.The majority of institutional managers have a bachelor’s degree in sports,and some managers are part-time workers.Institutional managers lack management experience.(2)Under the background of "double reduction",the development of coaches in Tianjin’s youth sports training institutions presents a trend of youth,with coaches lacking professional qualifications and rich educational and teaching experience.The development of the trainer team in training institutions is relatively weak,and the level of teachers is uneven,making it difficult to adapt to and meet the rapid development needs of the institutions.(3)Under the background of "double reduction",there is an imbalance in the gender ratio of students in Tianjin’s youth sports training institutions.Among the parents of institutional students,some parents lack a healthy educational philosophy,which is highly utilitarian.(4)Under the background of "double reduction",there are some problems in the current supervision situation of Tianjin’s youth sports training institutions,such as unclear division of powers and responsibilities among the regulatory authorities,weak supervision teams,lack of rationality in the formulation of regulatory policies and regulations,and insufficient supervision efforts in weak links of institutional risk.In addition,institutional managers and parents of institutional students lack understanding of the content of regulatory policies and regulations,and their awareness of participating in regulatory work is weak.(5)In response to the existing problems in Tianjin’s youth sports training institutions under the background of "double reduction",the following countermeasures are given: improving the venue facilities of training institutions;Standardize course content and pay attention to the quality of training institutions’ courses;Cultivate the faculty and improve the teaching level of coaches;Establish the concept of health education for institutional students and their parents;Strengthen communication between regulatory authorities,improve regulatory mechanisms,establish a list of powers and responsibilities,and clarify the scope of power;Carry out special actions to inspect institutional risk weaknesses;Enhance the enthusiasm of students’ parents to participate in the supervision work,improve and improve the feedback mechanism,and ensure the effectiveness of the supervision work of training institutions.
