Research On The Code Of Conduct Of Physical Training Institutions In Chengdu Under The Background Of "Double Minus"

With the gradual implementation of the "double reduction" policy,a large number of cultural training is restricted,non-cultural training began to appear a rapid growth momentum,and extracurricular sports training institutions ushered in explosive development.As the extracurricular sports training industry belongs to the emerging industry,the training market appeared some chaos.By referring to the Code of Conduct for Extra-curricular Sports Training issued by the General Administration of Sport of China,the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Standardized Development of the City’s Sports Fitness Service Institutions(Trial)and the Notice on Further Improving the Market Management of Sports Training in Chengdu and other documents,this study studied the code of conduct of extra-curricular sports training institutions in Chengdu.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,ten sports training institutions in Chengdu,consumers,coaches,responsible persons and so on were investigated,aiming to understand the status quo of the code of conduct of ten sports training institutions in Chengdu,and put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures in view of the status quo and problems,so as to provide reference basis for the standard development of sports training institutions in Chengdu.Through the research on the code of conduct of ten sports training institutions in Chengdu,the research conclusions are as follows:1.The overall scale of training institutions continues to increase.The main business nature of sports training institutions in Chengdu is private operation,and the main purpose of private operation is to make profits.The management characteristics of the venue are mainly rented venues,and the rental time span is relatively short.The sports training institutions that conduct training by renting venues are characterized by relatively little investment.Sports training institutions in Chengdu has a certain scale,the number of trainees is also quite considerable.2.The equipment is uneven.In terms of venue facilities specifications,a small number of sports training institutions use various equipment,equipment and supplies during training that meet the requirements of national policies.However,there are still some institutions in the training of the equipment and equipment to be improved.In addition,there is only one organization that should fly the national flag of the People’s Republic of China in the main position of the indoor venue.One institution did not meet the per capita training area requirement per shift.3.The basis of the curriculum system is unclear.In terms of curriculum specification,few institutions have curriculum system.The basis for the coaches to formulate the teaching content is mainly based on the teaching experience and training direction,and few coaches make the teaching content according to the teaching syllabus.The overall ratio of teachers and students in sports training institutions is high,and they tend to pay attention to the teaching quality of small-class teaching.4.Employees are not qualified.In terms of the standards of practitioners,male coaches account for a large proportion,and the age stage of coaches is generally younger.Coaches with sports skill level certificates and physical education teacher qualification certificates account for a large proportion,but there are still coaches without licenses.The publicity information of training institutions is not complete,there are more training institutions that lack publicity qualifications,and a small number of training institutions have achieved continuing education and training of practitioners.5.There is confusion in internal management.In terms of the internal management standards,the unified and orderly management standards have not been reached on the whole,and there are some phenomena of charging class fees in advance and violating regulations in sports training institutions.The main way of its publicity is through the network publicity and the implementation of the membership system,some agencies propaganda information and the actual situation does not meet the existence of false propaganda phenomenon.6.The security situation is at risk.In Chengdu,the overall site safety of off-campus sports training institutions needs to be improved,and video image acquisition devices are set up in venues,but the damaged video devices need to be replaced in time.Only individual training institutions have security personnel.
