Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)regards "model concept" as one of the main manifestations of the "three skills" of core literacy,and points out that students should form model concept in junior middle school on the basis of forming model consciousness in primary school.Through the concept of model,students can apply mathematical methods to practical problems,connect mathematics and Reality,and then develop their sense of application and innovation.Based on this,how to effectively implement the cultivation of model concept in teaching has gradually become the focus of education.The theoretical and practical research on cultivating junior middle school students’ model concept is not only an exploration of teaching methods,but also a positive attempt to develop students’ core literacy.This study focuses on the construction of teaching design framework for cultivating junior middle school students’ model concept,and takes the topic "Practical Problems and Quadratic Equation of One Yuan" as an example to carry out theoretical research and practical research.This study puts forward three research questions:1.As one of the manifestations of the core literacy "expressing the real world in mathematical language",what principles and strategies should be followed to cultivate the model concept?2.How to construct a teaching design framework for cultivating junior middle school students’ mathematical model concept?3.How to evaluate the teaching effect after the corresponding topics are designed and implemented according to the teaching design framework?Firstly,this study sort out the development process of model concept and the research status of model concept at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper studies the teaching principles and strategies of cultivating model concept,and constructs the teaching design framework of cultivating junior middle school students’ model concept with ADDIE theory;Thirdly,based on the constructed instructional design framework,this paper makes instructional planning and design for the topic "Practical Problems and Quadratic Equation of One Yuan".Finally,this paper analyzes the teaching implementation and teaching effect of this topic.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The instructional design framework for cultivating junior middle school students’ model concept mainly includes five stages:analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation.2.In the normalization teaching,cultivating model concept follows five principles and five strategies.The five principles are:realistic principle,process-oriented principle,enlightening principle,reflective principle and attention to language expression principle.The five strategies are:grasping the essence of knowledge,creating real and suitable situations to guide students to find problems;Integrate the basic process of mathematical modeling into the teaching process and guide students to experience the basic process of mathematical modeling many times;Set up a ladder-shaped question chain around the core questions to guide students to analyze problems;Reflect on the whole process of solving problems and summarize the general steps of applying models to solve problems;Respect students’ dominant position and give them full opportunities to express themselves in language.3.The instructional design framework of cultivating model concept can effectively develop students’ innovative consciousness.This study puts forward the following suggestions:1.Teachers should create a situation close to students’ reality on the basis of grasping the essence of knowledge.2.Teachers should integrate new problems,new tasks and new ideas in teaching design,take problem-solving as the guidance and face the long-term development of students.3.In the process of teaching,teachers should give students space to express mathematics language,and let students develop and enhance the core literacy of mathematics subject in the effective interaction with real situations and practical problems.
