In today’s society,the severe form of employment is still a hot topic of discussion.In addition to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic in recent years,young people need to take various examinations to seek a suitable job,which makes many candidates turn to training institutions.The resulting market demand promotes the rapid development of education and training institutions,and the increasing market demand and increasingly fierce competition in the industry.With the increasing number of training institutions invested by social capital,a competitive pattern has been formed in which Zhonggong,Huatu and Chalk play the dominant role and other small training institutions are supplemented.With the gradual maturation of the market,consumers have more personalized demands and put forward higher requirements for course services,which poses new challenges to enterprises’ marketing strategies.As A local civil service examination education and training institution in Ningxia,education institution A must concentrate all its advantages to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to occupy a certain market share in the market under the impact of major education and training institutions.Based on marketing theory,combined with my own work experience,on the basis of consulting A large number of literature,through the analysis of the environment and marketing strategy of A educational institution company,combined with the questionnaire data analysis,pointed out the problems encountered in the internal practice of the existing project and put forward the corresponding optimization plan and safeguard measures.At present,there are also many education and training institutions in A similar situation,and they will also face similar problems.Therefore,through the study of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide reference opinions for managers in the public service training industry when formulating marketing strategies.It has certain significance and value in the market environment where the employment situation is severe and the demand for re-education is strong.
