Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching mode and teaching method can not adapt to the modern classroom.In order to further improve the teaching quality of the moral and rule of law in junior middle school,teachers urgently need a new teaching method which can present the traditional teaching material to students in a more novel and efficient way and improve the interaction effect between teachers and students.WeChat Applet is a kind of WeChat applet which is developed through the network platform.It has the characteristics of simple operation,exquisite design and so on.To this end,this paper has done the following work:Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of WeChat small procedures at home and abroad,the status quo and teaching objectives of moral and rule of law teaching in junior middle schools,the author finds that the state has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ moral literacy and awareness of the rule of law,while there are still some drawbacks in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle schools,especially the teaching method is too single and the teaching activities become a mere formality.At the same time,in recent years,China’s WeChat small program has been developed rapidly,and it is not bound by the space-time characteristics,which makes its use in teaching has obvious advantages.Combining moral and rule of law teaching in junior middle school with the functional characteristics of WeChat small program and fragmented learning,so as to better meet the needs of junior middle school students in learning moral and rule of law.First of all,in the prophase of demand analysis,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the status quo of junior high school students’ awareness of rule of law.Based on the analysis of the demand in the early stage,the module design of the WeChat small program for moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school is carried out.According to the principles of learning content,learning form,software function,user interface and other design principles,in combination with the learner-centered guiding ideology,guided by the Curriculum Standards for Ethics and the Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),and with answering questions and video learning as the main learning mode,we designed the framework,system structure,function modules,database and teaching content of the small program,so as to design and develop a WeChat small program for junior middle school ethics and the rule of law teaching with a personal center module,a learning center module and a question answering module.Finally,the questionnaire is used to evaluate the effect of small program,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is analyzed by SPSS.The data can be used as the basis of small program development.At the same time,the data collected from the questionnaire are analyzed,and the results also prove that the students approve of the use of WeChat applet in moral and rule of law teaching.Generally speaking,the junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching software based on WeChat small program,combining the learning characteristics of mobile learning,combines the traditional teaching methods with modern multimedia technology,gives full play to the advantages of WeChat small program that is ready to go,not limited to time and space,provides new ideas for junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching methods,and has a certain positive role for students to learn moral and rule of law courses.
