| Due to its complex population structure and changing lifestyle,the "village to village" community faces certain issues of lifestyle adaptability and improvement of community living literacy.Due to environmental changes,children in the "village to house" community have increased opportunities to access and demand for the internet.However,currently,children lack basic network security literacy,which can easily lead to issues with internet usage and affect their healthy growth.This study conducted a questionnaire survey and interview on children in Kangcheng Xinyuan Community,Wujiabao Street,Jinan,covering three aspects:network usage time management literacy,network information security literacy,and network language and behavior standardization literacy.The analysis results show that the children’s cybersecurity literacy in this community has problems such as inability to arrange network usage time reasonably,inability to effectively distinguish harmful information on the internet,inability to regulate words and actions in cyberspace,and inability to effectively protect personal information.This leads to children being easily addicted to the internet when using it,being influenced by negative information from the internet,leaking personal information,engaging in uncivilized and irrational behavior,and endangering children’s healthy development.Children in the "village to house" community need to improve their time management literacy,information security literacy,and language and behavior standardization literacy,in order to enhance their network security literacy.Based on the Ecological systems theory,this study selects the typical "village to residence" community children in urbanization,and uses the group dynamics model to improve the network security literacy of children in the "village to residence" community to carry out education group work services.A total of 7 group activities were conducted,including breaking the ice-Hello New Friend;Network practical time management expert;Improvement of information identification literacy;Improving information protection literacy;Improvement of information acquisition literacy;Provide group work services through activities such as improving language and behavior standards and consolidating existing changes.Through the above activities,the group service goals have been achieved,effectively improving the level of children’s cybersecurity literacy in the "village to house" community,and the service effectiveness is significant.However,there are also shortcomings in the service.It is necessary to pay attention to the collaboration between social work and other social organizations,link more professional resources for network security literacy services for minors,and enhance children’s awareness and ability to use the network in a civilized,safe,and reasonable manner. |
