| With the "Double Reduction" policy implementation,Mo E releases the Compulsory Education Curriculum Program(2022 edition),and the Compulsory Education Ethics and the Rule of Law Curriculum Standard(2022 edition).Both the new curriculum program and the new curriculum Standard emphasize more attention should be paid to realizing the consistency of "teaching-learning-evaluation",to achieve the effect of reducing the burden and improving the quality.The consistency of "teaching-learning-evaluation" is an effective teaching concept,which is of great significance to the effective implementation of "double reduction" policy,the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency,and the realization of the fundamental task of moral education.The paper adopts the investigation,classroom observation and literature method to carry out research on the topic of the paper.It is found that the main problems of "teaching-learning-evaluation" in the teaching of Ethics and the Rule of Law in junior middle school are the design of teaching objectives is not standardized,and the "teaching-learning-evaluation" element is not clear;Evaluation design is out of touch with "teaching" and "learning",and the implementation of "teaching-learning-evaluation" is not in place;The course teaching design is arbitrary,and the "teaching-learning-evaluation" does not form a closed-loop system;The teaching process and methods are not flexible enough,and it is difficult to present the consistency of "teaching-learning-evaluation".After further analysis,it is found that the main reasons are that the decomposition and transformation of curriculum standards are not in place,and the formulation of teaching goals is not targeted.The core competency evaluation-oriented design is missing,and "teaching","learning" and "evaluation" are not integrated;The overall concept of "teaching-learning-evaluation" is lacking,and it is difficult for "teaching","learning" and "evaluation" to go in the same direction;The dominance and subjectivity are absent and offside,and the "teaching-learning-evaluation" activity tends to be formalized.In view of the existing problems and causes,the only way to improve the decomposition and transformation ability of curriculum standards is to ensure that the elements of "teaching-learning-evaluation" are accurately directed;Strengthen the awareness of core literacy evaluation,and promote the organic integration of "teaching","learning" and "evaluation";Guide the design of "teaching-learning-evaluation" with a systematic concept,and promote the coordination and integration of "teaching-learning-evaluation";Adhere to the principle of unity of dominance and subjectivity,and implement the premise of "teaching-learning-evaluation" in an orderly manner;Improve the comprehensive ability of teaching practice in an all-round way,comprehensively coordinate the whole process of "teaching-learning-evaluation",and actively plan the improvement strategy of "teaching-learning-evaluation" consistency. |
