Under the background of the in-depth advancement of the basic education curriculum reform,the culture of classroom teaching and the teaching methods under the influence of this culture are quietly changing.Among them,cooperative learning has become one of the most prominent learning methods advocated by the new curriculum.Under the new curriculum reform,the junior middle school morality and rule of law classroom becomes more active and more alive.In the process of promoting the effective development of cooperative learning,many experts in different regions have conducted effective research,accumulated a wealth of practical wisdom,sorted out and summarized these valuable experiences in a timely manner,and cooperated in the teaching of morals and the rule of law Analyze and explore the status quo of learning,promote its spread in a larger area and have certain value and significance.Cooperative learning is a teaching method that mobilizes students 'subjectivity,promotes teacher-student communication,and enhances students' cooperative skills.In order to truly implement the basic requirements of the new curriculum standards and break through the limitations of one-way indoctrination in traditional teaching,it is necessary to build an educating bridge that optimizes teacher-student interaction and conduct cooperative learning.The characteristics of junior high school students' physical and mental development are conducive to the implementation of the new curriculum reform,and also provide the possibility for cooperative learning.The application of cooperative learning in the teaching practice of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools shows that this teaching method has achieved orderly promotion of the renewal of educational concepts,effective improvement of teachers 'teaching abilities,and cultivation of qualitatively changing thinking awareness.However,in teaching practice Cooperative learning has also been partly in the form,the role of teachers has been biased,the individual participation of students is not balanced,and the evaluation system is not yet perfect.The reasons for the problems are teachers 'lack of rational understanding and insufficient attention;poor students are difficult to harmonize,Insufficient consciousness;One-way monologue in traditional teaching,deep-rooted;The evaluation system has not been constructed,lack of measurement and other aspects.To improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in ethics and rule of law courses in junior high schools,we should start from creating a learning environment for cooperative learning,constructing a management mechanism to improve teacher literacy,focusing on vulnerable groups in cooperative learning,and scientifically setting test standards for classroom evaluation.
