The 2017 edition(revised in 2020)general high school history curriculum standards clearly propose that in the teaching of history,the teaching content can be integrated through the teaching mode of problem teaching,and the horizontal and vertical links between history can be strengthened.The problem chain is a group of teaching problems that are independent of each other and have a clear hierarchy and strong logical correlation with the help of historical materials or situations based on the students’ existing cognitive experience and the characteristics of psychological development at the current stage,comprehensively analyzing the curriculum standards and textbook content,and aiming at the preset core content or the content points that are difficult for students.The quality of the problem chain design directly affects student learning,teacher development and classroom teaching effect,and needs to be further explored from theory and practice.This article is composed of five parts,the first part is an introduction,which contains the reasons for the topic selection,research significance,research methods,literature review,innovations and shortcomings.The second part explains the meaning of the problem chain in the teaching of high school history,the theoretical basis,and the significance of the problem chain design.The third part is to study the current situation of problem chain design in current history teaching,and to understand and analyze the problems existing in the design of problem chains in teaching through questionnaire surveys.In the survey,it was found that there are still problems in the teaching of middle school history,such as weak awareness of problem chain design,insufficient ability,and unsatisfactory practical application.The fourth part is the analysis of the principles and strategies of problem chain design in history teaching.The design of the problem chain should adhere to the principle of combining systematization and hierarchy.At the same time,we must pay attention to the use of strategies such as clarifying the teaching content and focusing on core issues.The fifth part is to design the problem chain according to the proposed strategy,taking the unified edition of "The Dispute between the Princes and the Movement of Changing the Law" as an example,and carrying out targeted teaching reflection.What changes occurred during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,why did these changes occur,how did people respond to these changes at that time,and what impact these changes and countermeasures brought about,etc.,these problems were reflected in the teaching link,using relevant historical materials and conducting classroom discussions to achieve the expected teaching goals.
