The development of life is the value orientation of education.In the process of growing up,the education young people receive plays an important role in the development of their lives,and the essence of life education in the new era is to perceive life,fear life,know oneself and develop oneself,which is closely related to the healthy growth and comprehensive and harmonious development of individuals’ lives,so life education is extremely important,and the implementation of life education in subject teaching is gradually developed.In terms of the nature of biology curriculum,it is related to life education;in terms of the content of biology curriculum,it has certain similarity and dependency with life education;in terms of the overall biology teaching,it has certain discipline penetration and intersection with life education.Biology in high school emphasizes the growth of life and highlights the characteristics of life education,while instructional design is an important means to integrate life education,implement life education theories,and transform theories into teaching practices.This study explores the meaning of life education in depth,composes a systematic theoretical framework by sorting out the relevant studies and theories on life education and instructional design at home and abroad through literature research method,and then interprets the meaning of life education and instructional design in high school biology,clearly defines its concept,points out its important value,and highlights the subject characteristics and life characteristics of high school biology in the instructional design pointing to life education;On this basis,we investigated the current situation of high school biology teachers’ implementation of life education in biology teaching design through questionnaire preparation and interview method,and conducted statistical analysis of the survey results to objectively and truly understand the implementation of life education in the actual teaching design.In the survey,we found that teachers in general do not know much about life education,they have few opportunities to participate in life education-related activities or training,and teachers’ use of life education concepts and activities in teaching design is also lacking.By combining the theoretical basis and the results of the survey and analysis,we propose design principles and optimization strategies for the teaching design of high school biology that points to life education,and take the high school biology Compulsory 1 textbook "Molecules and Cells" as an example.In addition,we integrated the contents of the textbook that could be used for life education,and developed a reasonable teaching design and carried out practical teaching.Through the classroom observation method,students in the internship school were used as the research subjects to test whether the teaching design of high school biology with life education was adapted to the needs of students,whether it would help students establish a correct view of life and influence their learning at the same time,and whether it could effectively promote students’ learning efficiency in the classroom.After a practical teaching study between the experimental class and the control class,it was found that students in the experimental class had a more active classroom atmosphere and a slightly higher final average grade than the control class when using the teaching design of life-oriented education in the classroom;according to the survey feedback,both teachers and students had higher recognition of the biology classroom with life-oriented education,and the biology classroom teaching with life-oriented education had,to a certain extent According to the survey feedback,both teachers and students have higher recognition of biology classroom directed toward life education,and biology classroom teaching has mobilized students’ enthusiasm and stimulated their interest in learning to a certain extent;compared with traditional biology classroom teaching,students also have more expectation for life experience,life inquiry and life development in biology classroom.
