The time at college and high school is crucial to form outlook on life in’ones lifetime. Not only the Ideological and Political course at high schoolbut also the Moral and Legal Basis course at college take outlook on life asan impotrant teaching content. Thereofre, the Ideological and Political’course at high school havent made the ideal results due to the negativeinfluence of college entrance examination and the unhealthy atmosphere insociety. Although there are the Moral and Legal basis course at mostcolleges to enhance the education of outlook on life and to make up thedefect in high school teaching, The politics theory courses at college hardlyplay a basic role in moral education due to the repeated content in theideological and political course at high school and the improper teachingmethods. The multiple results can be reached by the cooperation with theteaching of other related courses, by the operation of related social practice,by the construction of campus culture and by the good social environmentcreated by different social forces.
