| The Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)emphasizes the importance of "students" as the center,based on the needs of students to adapt to modern life and future development,and the "double reduction" policy requires students to reduce their homework burden,which means that students have less learning time.The traditional teacher-centered teaching method has long been unable to meet the requirements of modern education,which has put forward higher requirements for chemistry teaching in senior one.Teachers should be more clear about the needs of students in the future,and students should make clear their learning objectives and improve their learning efficiency.The idea of results-oriented education is a kind of educational idea that takes learning results-oriented,and reversely designs teaching objectives based on learning results.To a certain extent,combining the results-oriented education concept with chemistry teaching in senior one can promote the development of chemistry teaching in senior one and make it easier for teachers to break through the traditional teaching methods.Therefore,the topic of this paper is how to use the results-oriented education concept to carry out chemistry teaching design and practice in senior one,so as to change the traditional teaching and achieve more efficient teaching.By referring to the literature,this paper summarizes the research status of the results-oriented education concept at home and abroad,summarizes the meaning and implementation principles of the results-oriented education concept,and finds that the concept has been applied to many courses,and guides the teaching reform.With Taylor’s principle,mastering learning theory and Rogers’ humanistic education theory as theoretical support,this paper expounds the inspiration of these theories to this study.Through the questionnaire survey of teachers and students,we understand the current teaching status of chemistry class in senior one,find out the existing shortcomings,put forward the corresponding teaching strategies for the application of the results-oriented education concept in chemistry teaching of senior one,and build a teaching design model based on the results-oriented education concept combined with the actual situation of the investigation.The teaching design and practice are carried out by taking "Active metal Elemental-Sodium(First class)" and "Chemical Properties of Chlorine gas" as examples.The experimental class adopts the results-oriented teaching concept,while the control class adopts conventional teaching.After the teaching practice,experimental data were collected,and teachers and students were interviewed.Combined with the feedback information,the teaching practice results were analyzed from various aspects.Studies have found that applying results oriented education ideas in senior chemistry teaching for teachers and students have a certain role in promoting,make higher chemistry teacher more clearly define the needs of students in the future development,make the students’ learning objectives more clear,learning ideas more clearly,to improve the students’ enthusiasm and initiative,to enhance the students’ interest in chemistry and self-confidence,It improves students’ reflective consciousness,and is conducive to improving students’ thinking,analysis,reasoning,inquiry and other abilities,and has a certain promotion effect on the development of students’ core accomplishment. |
