The quality of postgraduate education evaluation system aims at assessing andexamining the quality of postgraduate education during the past and now, as well as inthe future, this system will offer helpful lead and referential evidence and foundation forpostgraduate education. However, with the number of postgraduate studentsincreasingly going up, the issues of quality of postgraduate education have beendisclosed simultaneously. Since this system itself cannot match with the changing of thepresent situation form multiple aspects, for instance, the guiding ideology and thought,the assessment view and approach, standard and result. In terms of current evaluationsystem, it is not easy to deliver an accurate and objective result that holds theassessment of the quality of postgraduate education and the movement for the next step.As a result, to establish a scientific, objective, accurate, rational and effective quality ofpostgraduate education evaluation system under the new model is urgently needed.“Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth.” The employers are touchstones bywhich the quality of postgraduate education is judged and assessed authoritatively. Thisresearch is based on the guiding ideology of general secretary Xi, which is “Try to runthe people’s satisfaction of education.”, and taking the consideration form the startingand ending point of social satisfaction as well. Moreover, as the point of view of resultsoriented, this paper refines and re-plans above the current system, which can reflect theactual situation of postgraduate education, in order to guarantee the promotion ofeducation quality and lead the development of the future effectively.This research is separated by these four aspects below:1. By the mean of collecting relative result from domestic and overseas expects andresearches, combining with actual situation of the quality of postgraduateeducation in China, the paper indicates the significance in quality ofpostgraduate education evaluation system.2. Under the knowledge of postgraduate education evaluation basic theory anddevelopment route, the paper points out the main issues of postgraduate education during development process after analyzing over the main features inChina.3. According to the result in section2, from the point of result-oriented to reviewand refine the evaluation factors and weight by the approach of analytichierarchy process (AHP). The paper delivers a system which is a setof training result-oriented, fitting domestic situation.4. After assessing and examining the quality of postgraduate education evaluationsystem precisely and effectively. The paper reviews this system and presentfuture work.The main contributions is that the new system offers the quality of postgraduateeducation requirement result between employers and feature of the postgraduate studentquality.And it is proved that this is an effective tool for high-level academic intuitionsand movement to evaluate the quality of postgraduate education with scientific, rational,workable, objective result.
