As an important part of kindergarten regional game organization and implementation,regional game sharing plays a vital role in the full realization of children’s learning and development value in regional games.At the same time,the development of regional game sharing is inseparable from the support of teachers.Based on the investigation of the current situation of teachers’ support in large class regional game sharing,this study analyzes the existing problems and makes attribution analysis,and puts forward suggestions to promote teachers’ support in large class regional game sharing,so as to help teachers better provide support for the high-quality development of regional game sharing.In this study,the methods of literature,observation,case analysis and interview are used to study.Three public kindergartens in n city are selected as the research object.The teacher support of the large class regional game sharing link in the three kindergartens is investigated.Two large classes are randomly selected from the three kindergartens for observation,and 12 teaching teachers from the six classes are selected as the interview objects.This study mainly includes four parts:The first chapter is an investigation of the current situation of teacher support in the large class regional game sharing link.Firstly,it presents the current situation of teacher support in the large class regional game sharing link,including the five aspects of teacher support in the large class regional game sharing link,including the development time,organization form,organization method,sharing content and game sharing atmosphere.The second chapter discusses the problems of teachers’ support in the large class regional game sharing.The main problems are: the game sharing link is not carried out in time and the time is too short;The organizational form of game sharing is monotonous;The organization method of game sharing links emphasizes form over meaning;The content of game sharing is empty and results oriented;Some teachers lack the ability to create a positive sharing atmosphere.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems of teachers’ support in large class regional game sharing.The main reasons for the problems are: Teachers’ incomplete understanding of the theory of regional game sharing;Teachers lack the overall planning for the time of regional game sharing;Teachers’ ability to organize regional game sharing is low;Teachers’ observation of regional games is not in place;There is less training on regional game sharing in kindergartens.The fourth chapter is the suggestions to improve the teachers’ support in the large class regional game sharing link.There are three suggestions: change the concept,improve teachers’ understanding of regional game sharing;Strengthen learning and improve teachers’ support ability in regional game sharing;Pay attention to research and training to provide guarantee for the development of teachers’ support ability.
