| Fundamental movement skill are the concrete embodiment of students’ sports ability,and also the basis for students to develop physical fitness and learn and practice special sports skills.They have an important impact on students’ physical activities,cardiovascular fitness,weight and other aspects.Accurate evaluation and timely monitoring of students’ fundamental movement skill are of great significance for improving their health.There are differences in race,cultural environment and physical education background in different countries and regions.Foreign mainstream tests are not fully applicable to Chinese students.Based on the characteristics of physical education situation and student base in China,it is urgent to develop a fundamental movement skill test that is consistent with the objectives,content and knowledge background of physical education teachers in order to accurately and efficiently evaluate the development of students’ fundamental movement skill,Improve the academic quality evaluation system.Firstly,on the basis of systematically reviewing the research progress of children’s fundamental movement skill tests at home and abroad,this paper establishes a test item library based on the relevant works on motor development,domestic and foreign mainstream tests and relevant textbooks;Then,the Delphi method was used to screen the test items,and 105 first and second year students from Suzhou Xinghui School were tested to analyze the difficulty,discrimination,reliability,and validity of the selected items;Then,401 primary school students of grade 1 and grade 2 in Suzhou Gusu District,Suzhou National Hi-Tech District(Huqiu District),Xiangcheng District,Suzhou Industrial Park and Wujiang District were formally tested with standardized tests to verify the reliability and validity of the test;Finally,based on the normal test and difference analysis of the development of fundamental movement skill of students of different genders and grades,the normal model of the development of fundamental movement skill of level 1 students in Suzhou was established.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The development test of fundamental movement skill for level 1 Students consists of 10 test items,including "walking forward on the balance beam","jumping house”,"catching sandbags with both hands in place","one-legged jump","kicking ball","sideslip","throwing sandbags with the upper hand","climbing with both hands and feet","turning jump",and "straight roll".The item difficulty and discrimination of the test are appropriate,and the level of reliability and validity is high,which can monitor the development of students’ fundamental movement skill.2.The purpose of the test is to evaluate the academic quality of students’fundamental movement skill at level 1.The selection of test items fits the course content of the first stage of the level,and is applicable to timing evaluation.The test adopts the"track type" result evaluation,and the overall test process is efficient and interesting.The test can be conducted and implemented on the spot by making full use of the site and equipment of the primary school.3.The hundred-grade norm,Z-score,T-score,and standard nine-point norm are established for the first grade students of Suzhou primary school regardless of gender,and for the second grade students according to gender,so as to distinguish the relative position or ranking of the fundamental movement skill development of the level 1 students in Suzhou in the group and accurately understand their movement development. |
