Background:Childhood is an important period for the formation and development of children's fundamental movement skills. The development of children's fundamental movement skills and growth is the accumulation of quantitative changes to qualitative changes through long-term accumulation. And the fundamental movement skills developed by children can benefit for life. The proficient fundamental movement skills acquired in early childhood will greatly help future life. However, the development of children's fundamental movement skills has been seriously lagging in recent years, which directly affects children's health. At present, our country attaches great importance to the development of children's physical and mental health.Taking“health” and “motor development” as important content for children's healthy growth, formulated related policies and measures to promote children's healthy development.Martial arts is an excellent national traditional sport in China. While strengthening the body,it can also cultivate sentiment and hone will.Studies show that martial arts meets children's physical and psychological needs, can promote the development of children's physical functions, but no further research. The practice of martial arts is a long-term accumulation process.Martial arts emphasizes the training of exercise specifications and training awareness, early childhood practice can lay the foundation for a more systematic practice of martial arts later.Obejective and purpose:7-9 years old is the beginning of elementary school,is a critical period for the development of children's fundamental movement skills, the fundamental movement skills are not much different. This age group also has very high plasticity,so this article takes children 7-9 years old as the research object,18-week intervention with the third Primary boxing aim to study the impact on the development of children's fundamental movement skills.Explore children's fundamental movement skills development methods and approaches, promote the healthy development of children's physical fitness in the year.At the same time,it provides a solid theoretical basis for inheriting traditional martial arts and promoting popular martial arts.Method: Research methods such as literature data method, randomized controlled trial method, mathematical statistics method, video observation method, and logical analysis method were used for this research. The experimental method uses theprinciple of convenient sampling, for children aged 7-9 in Chaoyang Elementary School(Beibei Campus,Caijia Campus)of Chongqing,Randomly divided into control group I(n=90),control group II(n=45)and experimental group(n=90).The control group I did not intervene(does not prevent them from actively participating in exercise),control group II for school team training, the experimental group performed the third Primary boxing of 18 weeks,2 lessons per week,1 hour each.TGMD-3 and KTK were used for pre-test before and after the experiment,to ensure the development of fundamental movement skills in experimental and control children.Result:(1)After 18 weeks of intervention, the fundamental movement skills of children in the control group I,control group II and experimental group 7-9 years old have all improved, and the scores of the results of the KTK physical coordination test and the TGMD-3 test have improved. The intervention results were significant.(2)In the control group I,the level of fundamental movement skills of children aged 7-9 has improved, and the results of the KTK physical coordination test and the TGMD-3 test have improved.Although the improvement score is low,the test results of some items are presented well than control group II.(3)In the control group II,the development level of basic motor skills of children aged 7-9 years has improved, and the difference is significant. In the TGMD-3 test, both the displacement movement test score and the control movement test score were significantly improved the control group II performed better than the control group I and lower than the experimental group On some items.(4)The level of 7-9 years old children's fundamental movement skills in the experimental group has improved, and the results of the KTK physical coordination test and the TGMD-3 test have been improved, and the intervention results are significant.Although the test improvement score is slightly lower than that of control group II on some items, the overall intervention effect is better than that of control group I and control group II.Conclusion:(1)After Use the TGMD-3 test and KTK test tool, the effect Overall experiment of results show that: The experimental group is better than the control group II,and the control group II is better than the control group I.This shows that the special action intervention has a significant effect on improving children's fundamental movement skills.(2)In the gross motor test, fundamental movement skills of the three groups of children have been improved to varying degrees after the experiment. In terms of displacement movement and control movement performance, the interventioneffect of the experimental group(primary long boxing group)is better than that of the control group II(school team training group)and the control group I(no special intervention group).Children of different ages have different changes in basic motor skills experiments, and some items have a small improvement.(3)In the body movement coordination test, the three groups of children have improved their body movement coordination ability to varying degrees after the experiment.in the performance of four items: left and right jumping, left and right moving, jumping sponge pad and backward balance.the experimental group is better than the control group II and the control group II is better than the control group I.Moreover, the changes of body movement coordination experiments of children of different ages are different.Suggest:(1)Pay attention to the development of children's fundamental movement skills, develop fundamental movement skills courses, then enrich the content and form of course teaching.(2)Pay attention to the age difference of children's gross motor skills development, arrange the teaching content of courses reasonably, design the children's motor projects in a targeted manner, and can combine displacement and control teaching games to promote students to master and learn related content,so as to improve children's fundamental movement skills and promote children's goal of healthy development.(3)Pay attention to the age difference in the development of children's body movement coordination skills, rationally design curriculum teaching activities, seize the key sensitive period of movement coordination development, but it should not be over-developed to prevent movement suppression.Instead,it delays the development of children's physical coordination.
