| Based on the premise of developing children’s physique,this paper takes the influence of children’s basketball on children’s physique at the age of 4 to 5 as the research object,and explores the influence of children’s basketball on children’s physique at the age of 4 to 5 through the methods of literature,experiment,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,centering on the overall goal of children’s physical education.In this experiment,30 children were selected,including 15 children in the experimental group and control group,8 children in male group and 7children in female group.Before and after the experiment,the physical indicators of children in the two groups were tested once,including: the body shape test items were height and weight;The body function test item is quiet heart rate;Physical fitness test items for the standing long jump,sandbag throwing,10 meters round run,feet jump,sitting forward bend and walk the balance beam.The physical indexes of children before and after the experiment were measured,and the changes of physical indexes of children aged 4 to 5 after 12 weeks of basketball were analyzed by mathematical statistics.The results show that:1.After 12 weeks of experiment,both the experimental group and the control group had certain changes in body shape.In the comparison of means,the improvement of the experimental group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but no significant difference was found(P >0.05).2.In the body function index test,the heart rate of the experimental group and the control group decreased when they were quiet,and the experimental group was better than the control group,but no significant difference was found(P < 0.05).3.In the physical fitness index test,comparing the test of the sitting forward flexion between the experimental group and the control group,there is a very significant difference in the male child(P < 0.01),while the female child showed a significant difference(P < 0.05).In the test items of 10-meter turn-back running,the improvement range of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.And the test results of both boys and girls showed a very significant difference(P < 0.01).In the standing long jump test items,the test results of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P < 0.05).In the test items of sandbag throwing distance,continuous jumping of feet and balance beam,comparingthe test results of the experimental group and the control group,and there are very significant differences between male and female children(P <0.01).Conclusion:According to statistical analysis,the body shape indexes of the male and female children in the experimental group and the control group after the test have a certain change compared with that before the test.In terms of physical function,the quiet heart rate of male and female children in the experimental group and the control group all showed a small decrease trend,and the overall decrease rate of the experimental group was larger in the comparison of means.The performance of physical fitness is improved in different degrees.It shows that basketball sports have a certain promoting effect on comprehensively improving the physical fitness of 4-5 year-old children,and short-term basketball sports have little effect on the body shape and function of children.The specific performance is:1.The effect on the body shape of 4-5 year-old children: the height of male children in the experimental group and the control group increased by 1.9cm and1.4cm,while the weight increased by 0.2kg and 0.7kg,and the height of female children increased by 1.3 cm and 1.8cm,the weight is increased by 0.2kg and 0.3kg,there is no statistically significant difference in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group,but it is a certain increase from the previous experiment,and the change is also in accord with the normal growth and development level of the human body.2.Improve the level of physical function of 4-5 year old children: There is no statistically significant difference in the quiet heart rate of 4-5 year old children in the experimental group and the control group,but the result of the comparison of the means shows,the decrease rang is larger in the experimental group.The basketball sport shows a better overall effect on the physical function of young children,and can effectively improve the mental reserve of 4-5 year old children.3.Improve the physical fitness of 4-5-year-old children: the sitting forward flexion and 10 meter turn-back running of the child in the experimental group and the control group are improved before the experiment,and the experimental group has a larger increase.Comparing in the same group,the male children in the experimental group are better than the female children,which shows that the short-term intervention of children’s basketball exercise has a good effect on the development of flexibility of joints,muscles and ligaments and the improvement of running ability of 4-5-year-oldchildren,especially for boys.Compared with the before experiment,the improvement range of standing long jump in the experimental group is larger.Comparing in the same group,the increase in female child in the experimental group is larger than male child,which shows that the lower limb muscle strength of the 4-5-year-old children,especially the female child,can be effectively improved by children’s basketball.In the test of sandbags throwing,double feet continuous jumping and walking balance beam,the experimental group and the control group all improved before the experiment,the experimental group improved significantly than the control group,while the contrast between the same group,the sandbags throw and walking balance beam in the experimental group,male child were better than the female child.But the double feet continuous jumping was just the opposite.This shows that children’s basketball can significantly improve 4-5-year-old children’s lower limb strength,waist and abdominal muscle strength,the coordination and balance of the whole body. |
