In today’s society, with the substantial guarantee of people’s material and spiritual life and the basic formation of an All-round Well-off Society,“well-being” has become the key to assess the quality of life, and as a livelihood issue,it has been widely concerned by the society. And sports tourism,as an emerging form of tourism in recent years, has been proved by scholars to be significantly related to the acquisition of wellbeing. As an important branch of sports tourism, with the holding of 2022 Winter Olympics and the proposal of strategies such as the “north-ice and south-exhibition”,ski tourism has been carried out all over the country, but in general, the development of ski tourism in our country is still immature. At the same time, literature review shows that the number of researches on ski tourism in China is increasing year by year, however, there are very few articles combining ski tourism with well-being research in China at present,in other words, there is a big gap.In addition, with the inevitable limitation of "subjective well-being" in the field of tourism,it is necessary and advanced to carry out researches on the well-being of ski tourists from the perspective of eudaimonic.Based on this background, this study will focus on exploring the possible effects of flow experience, perceived risk and place attachment in ski tourism on the well-being of ski tourists,to provide scientific and effective basis for improving tourists’ well-being and promoting ski tourism. On the basis of previous researches, this study constructed scales to measure ski tourists’ flow experience, place attachment, perceived risk and eudaimonic well-being respectively. Then this study took the ski tourists of “Sky Land” ski resort in Anji,Zhejiang province and Genting Resort Secret Garden in Zhangjiakou,Hebei province as the research objects and carried out a questionnaire survey.A total of 336 valid questionnaires were collected. Then descriptive statistics,one-way anova, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling and other forms of data analysis were used to verify the hypotheses proposed in this study. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1)The main characteristics of ski tourists include balanced proportion of men and women, the majority of young and middle-aged groups, high education and high income participants account for a large proportion, ski tourism is mainly in the form of short-term tourism, novice participants as the main body,etc.2)There are significant differences among different groups of age, length of stay and skiing level in eudaimonic well-being.3)The “transformation of time” and “skill-challenge balance” of flow experience have a significant positive impact on the eudaimonic well-being of ski tourists respectively.4)The “place identity”dimension of place attachment has a partial mediating effect between flow experience and eudaimonic well-being;The “place dependence” dimension has no mediating effect.5)Perceived risk has no moderating effect between flow experience and eudaimonic well-being.In view of the above situation and problems, this study puts forward the following countermeasures for the development of ski tourism industry and the improvement of tourists’ well-being: 1)Ski resort should find the correct positioning and target the potential customers with accurate marketing.2)Perfect the construction of surroundings and supporting facilities of ski resort, and establish a ski tourism "complex".3)Improve the quality of ski resort products and services to further enhance participants’ sense of experience.4)Develop personalized products and strive to stand out from the disadvantages of homogenization of ski destinations.5)Take effective measures to further reduce the potential risks of skiing.6)For ski tourists themselves, efforts should be made to improve their skills.
