| This study from 2017 to 2021 China men’s volleyball super league season as the background,to explore the Chinese super league volleyball has the technology to foreign players with domestic players use effect,combined with the feature of both its own factors other than tactics index,mining foreign players and technical performance of the differences between domestic players,to analyze the causes of differences,In this way,it provides scientific theoretical basis for coaches to select talents and improve athletes’ technical and tactical level and training effect,provides certain ideas for tactical deployment and personnel allocation in the competition,and also provides reference suggestions for the selection and introduction of foreign players in the club.In this study,foreign players and domestic elite players in corresponding positions in the 2017-2021 Season of China Men’s Volleyball Super League were selected as the main research objects.Non-technical and tactical factors indexes and application effects of various techniques between foreign players and domestic elite players were calculated and compared by using video observation method,mathematical statistics method and other methods.Further judge the difference of the comprehensive technical performance of Chinese and foreign players through the ranking division.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The Chinese and foreign player not the tactics,according to the comparative analysis of foreign and domestic outstanding players of the age,weight,Mr Index and smash high several indicators have significant difference,these differences will make the domestic players experience,speed,strength,etc,and foreign players form a gap,finally embodied in both technology on the field performance gaps.(2)Based on the comparison of the technical performance differences between Chinese and foreign players,the research shows that there are significant differences between Chinese and foreign players in the technical performance of service receiving and defensive skills,which is also the main reason for the overall technical performance gap between Chinese and foreign players.The gap is embodied in the low arrival rate of domestic excellent players,the high error rate,the weak defensive awareness,their own defense basic skills are not solid.(3)Based on the application effect of the Chinese and foreign players to compare both technical performance differences,according to a study by though and spiking technique between Chinese and foreign players serve technical performance,there is no significant difference,but domestic players active use of offensive technology consciousness to be weak on foreign players,in addition to adjust the details of the attack when handling the ball technology remains to be strengthened.(4)Through the comprehensive ranking of the technical performance of Chinese and foreign players,it is found that the technical level of tier 1 players is characterized by top technical level and comprehensive development;The technical level of grade 2players is characterized by balanced technical development but no outstanding single skill,or unbalanced development,with one or more outstanding technical performance and serious shortcomings;The technical level of the third tier is characterized by mediocre skills compared with the first two tiers,with no outstanding skills and obvious technical shortcomings.(5)The comparative analysis of the comprehensive technical performance rankings of Chinese and foreign players shows that there is a certain gap between the comprehensive technical performance of foreign players and domestic excellent players.The technical performance of domestic excellent players is in the second and third grade,and the first grade players are all foreign players.In addition,there is a certain difference in the comprehensive technical performance of foreign players.Foreign players are distributed in grade 1 and grade 2,and there is a fault between the two grades,but there is a small gap in the comprehensive technical performance of foreign players in the same grade. |
