Walking race is stamina item,which relays on the judges' observation with their naked eyes and judge subjectively,the skill of walking race is the condition and foundations,which reflect and keep the essential characteristic,and it is the life of walking race item.However,the tactics of walking race is one of the main qualifications,which guauantee the athletes to show their skill.The athletic competition is the participation of athletes in the tactical skills of confrontation,so techniques and tactics turn to the eternal theme of the athletic training and competition.The techniques and tactics training of walking race have to have advance awareness,that is,not only managing current skilled tactics,but also speculating the developmental trend and general direction of techniques and tactics according to the evolutional journey of technical and tactical walking race.Only in this way can we grasp the Lifeline of technical and tactical race,and then we can control and lead it,not be controlled by others.Considering the Significance of the characteristics of technical and tactical walking race and developmental trends in walking race items,this paper studied China's outstanding walkers'technical and tactical features and trend by using documents,investigation,video analytic method and mathematical statistics method.Study reached the following conclusions:1.the developmental process of walking race can be divided into three stages,which are the stage of ancient walking race technology(walking race from the origin to 1920),the stage of recent walking race technology(1920 to 1996) and the stage of up-to-date walking race technology(1996 to now).2.technical walking races have no obvious short-term features and changes in the developmental process.Generally speaking,tactical walking races tactical change turns from past tactical features to "according to own ability,decide by oneself"3.The internal factors that promote the development of technical walking race include:personality psychological factors,factors of pursuiting individual life.External driving force factors include: Walking rules,national athletic policy,the magistrate fined,and foreign technical style of walking race and coaches' conpect.The order of intensive driving factors:the development of walking race rules＞national athletic policies＞personality psychological factors coaches' concept＞the magistrate's fine＞factors of pursuit indiviadual life＞foreign technical style of walking race.4.The developmental trend of Chinese walkers is as follow:base on current frequency,according to physical conditions and quality of movement increase step reasonable and form a good,clear,standardized Walking gait.The development of tactical direction is emphasizing uniform,stable rhythm,initiative,unchangd.
