| The action plan for the development of preschool education in the "14th five-year plan" clearly stated that during the period of "14th five-year plan",the main task of preschool education reform and development is to focus on improving the system and mechanism and improving the quality of preschool education while making up for the shortage of inclusive resources.High quality preschool education needs high-quality kindergarten construction,the quality of kindergartens,children have a best say;At present,high-quality kindergartens and high-quality kindergartens are measured by the standards of adults,ignoring or even denying the right and ability of children to express their opinions and opinions about their own things.Therefore,we should be paid attention to children’s views and feelings on "good" kindergarten.The children in the eyes of the "good" kindergarten in the end what is like,with what characteristics? So the researchers carried out the study with this question in mind.In this study,40 senior class of kindergarten children in Q kindergarten of B city were taken as the research objects.Based on the perspective of children,the method of painting analysis and interview was used to explore and analyze the "good" kindergartens in the eyes of senior class of kindergarten children,so as to present different standards of "good" kindergartens from the perspective of adults.Through the analysis of painting works and interview materials,it is concluded that senior class of kindergarten children mainly describe the good kindergarten in their mind from three dimensions: environmental creation,kindergarten main characters and daily activities.The good kindergarten in the eyes of senior class of kindergarten children is embodied in the rich material environment,the equal respect for teachers and children,the young relationship between mutual assistance,the warm and harmonious home relationship,the free game activities,the interest of learning activities,the experience of love and love life activities,and the gentle,beautiful,knowledgeable teachers,kind and friendly companions,etc.According to the above research conclusions,it can be seen that the evaluation of "good" kindergarten by the children in the senior class is very specific and detailed,and they have different opinions from adults.Therefore,based on the results of this study,the researchers put forward several suggestions: First,we should start from respecting the "good" kindergarten in the eyes of children,and advocate people’s rational views and opinions towards children;Secondly,based on the construction of "good" kindergarten in the eyes of children,we should establish the material and spiritual environment of kindergarten from the perspective of children and create a flexible daily life routine.Finally,we should start from the children to think about the construction of the kindergarten quality evaluation system. |
