For small children who enter the kindergarten for the first time at the age of 3-4,the kindergarten is the beginning of their collective social life,and their living environment and lifestyle will get changed.The "Guideline To The Learning And Development Of children Aged 3-6",issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012,has many requirements on children's adaptive ability,and pointed out in the social field goals that:"Children can like and adapt to group life:they are interested in group activities;they are curious about kindergarten life and like going to kindergarten."The children of Junior Class of kindergarten can quickly adapt to the school life after entering the school,which is beneficial to the healthy growth of children,so that children have a happy childhood,which is also parents and teachers expect.According to the author's review of relevant literature and observation in J Kindergarten in Z City,most children in junior class fail to integrate into the group life when they first time enter the kindergarten,and there are some problems in children's emotions,living habits and communication with teachers and peers.Therefore,helping children adapt to kindergarten life quickly,on the one hand,is beneficial to the healthy growth of children's physical and mental health,and can reduce the anxiety of children and parents;on the other hand,can let the daily routine life of kindergarten to the right track as soon as possible.This paper plans to describe the overall adaptation of small class children in J Kindergarten and the problems existing in the adaptation of individual children to the kindergarten,and elaborate the reasons for the phenomenon of children's inadaptation,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures in the end.The first part is introduction.This part mainly introduces the origin of question,research significance,defines related terms,briefly reviews current researches and research methods,then defines the core concepts of "adaptation","kindergarten adaptation" and "separation anxiety",and introduces the research status of small class children's kindergarten adaptation at home and abroad,as well as the theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods of this research.The second part analyzes the current situation of the adaptation of children in J Kindergarten,elaborates the preparatory work had done by kindergarten,teachers and parents,as well as the basic situation of individual and collective life adaptation of children in J Kindergarten.The third part is a case study on the adaptation of children in J Kindergarten.Through specific case,behavior of young children appears more in-depth expression and the cause analysis,to describe small children in the garden of emotions,the existing problems in interpersonal communication and behavior habits,and analyzes the reasons of these problems mainly include:children's own status,parental involvement,and teacher's strategy.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to help small class children to adapt to the kindergarten.Combined with the experience worth learning from J Kindergarten in the kindergarten of small class children and the causes of the problems existing in the kindergarten adaptation,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of kindergarten,teachers and parents,and helps small class children to adapt to the kindergarten life better and faster through the way of three-party co-education.
