The World Skills Competition is the world’s highest-ranking,largest-scale and most influential vocational skills competition so far.It demonstrates the world’s advanced level of vocational skills development and has cultivated a group of world-class skilled talents for my country.This research takes the training process as the starting point to study how the winners of the World Skills Competition are trained,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the training of highly skilled talents.This study takes the existing foundation before the winners enter the training process,the design and development of training links,and the supporting elements and guarantee conditions of the training process as the starting point.Therefore,the study adopts qualitative research methods.Through interviews with the winners and coaches of the World Skills Competition,the inductive analysis based on qualitative data reproduces the entire training process and key elements of the winners,and then constructs the training model for the winners of the World Skills Competition.with the research object,this article makes an explanatory understanding of their behavior and meaning construction,and mainly draws the following conclusions: First,the training process of the winners of the World Skills Competition mainly includes basic training,comprehensive training and auxiliary training Three links.Second,during the training process,the winners are mainly influenced by key elements at the personal,interpersonal,and organizational levels: the key elements at the personal level include the talents,motivation and personal qualities of the players;the key elements at the interpersonal level include the players and coaches,The interaction between players and peer groups;key elements at the organizational level include school,society,and base.Third,this research builds a training model for the World Skills Competition winners based on the "IEO model" and the "overall change evaluation model".It uses excellent personal qualities as a personal background,strong organizational guarantees as input from the outside world,and a comprehensive training system as the core content.,Taking harmonious interpersonal interaction as the interactive process.To further improve the quality of the World Games training,we should strengthen policy guarantees and improve supporting systems;promote tripartite cooperation and enhance collaboration capabilities;strengthen selection guidance and smooth multi-party cooperation.
