The winners of the world skills competition are an important resource of high-skilled talents in China.They play an important role in the high-quality economic development,the construction of a modern economic system and the promotion of the spirit of craftsman.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the world skills competition winners who stay on in the technical colleges,so as to further play their important role.Provincial mechanic colleges and universities in our province,however,still exist on the winning player retention management related policy document is not sound,stay working properties and are not matched by professional training,workers identity affect their long-term career development in school,individual career planning and career expectations and the actual work content there is a deviation,lack of targeted research unit of the group management and other common problems,such as rural migrant youth skills contest winners stay on for the world is difficult to give full play to the role.This article from the personnel management theory,push and pull theory and the Angle of public management,on the basis of the policies and regulations in our country,guangdong province,in the study to understand new generation migrant youth,mechanic education development at home and abroad,on the basis of mainly interview method,comparative method,by visiting the Guangdong three provincial mechanic colleges,research to understand the current stay working and living conditions of the world skills contest,through policy environment,working content,individual identity and professional identity and personnel management in five aspects,describes the current Guangdong provincial mechanic school skills contest players stay on the current situation of the world,The factors influencing the retention management were analyzed at the policy level,school level and individual player level,and Suggestions were put forward to further strengthen the retention management of the winners of the world skills competition,that is,to develop a scientific and reasonable retention management policy plan for the world skills competition players;Clarify the responsibilities of government departments,increase the joint efforts of departments and resource investment,strengthen the technical colleges and universities world skills competition contestants retain management;To explore and reduce the negative effects of highly skilled talents on the status of employees;Adhere to the efficiency,objectives,results oriented technical colleges personnel management;We will energetically carry forward the spirit of the craftsman and raise the social status ofhighly skilled personnel.
