| On March 6,2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited members of the medical and health education sector who participated in the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference,he pointed out that "Ideological and political courses shouldn’t be carried out only by reading documents.Otherwise,it would be lifeless and meaningless." Postgraduate ideological and political courses should also follow the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping.We should constantly explore and improve the teaching mode,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.Differing from undergraduates,the postgraduate group has more complex composition,greater age difference,richer experience,broader knowledge and more mature thoughts.In order to enhance the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political courses,it is necessary to reform and innovate the teaching mode of the courses according to the characteristics of postgraduate group.Therefore,on the basis of defining relevant theories,through investigation and research to grasp the current situation of postgraduate ideological and political courses,identify the problems existing in postgraduate ideological and political teaching,analyze the reasons,and establish a targeted LOSB teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.This model adheres to learning centered,outcome based education,study characteristic,and blending teaching,enhances the effectiveness of teaching by designing new models,applying new methods,carrying out new evaluations and a new teaching model.This paper consists of six parts:The first part: combing the relevant literature of postgraduate ideological and political courses comprehensively,sorting out the research results,finding new perspectives,and exploring new ideas for writing this paper.The second part: the problems and the analyses of the current postgraduate ideological and political teaching.Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of postgraduate ideological and political teaching,we can find out the problems existing in the courses,and make in-depth analyses of the reasons for the existing problems.The third part: the theoretical basis for the reform and innovation of the teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.It mainly starts from the Marxism theory on the all-round development of human beings,the achievement-oriented concept and the constructivism theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The fourth part: the implication of the LOSB teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.According to the problems existing in postgraduate ideological and political courses,From the four dimensions of learning centered,outcome based education,study characteristic,and blending teaching.Design LOSB teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.The fifth part: the construction of LOSB teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.By implementing new concepts,designing new models,applying new methods,and carrying out new evaluations,a new teaching model for postgraduate ideological and political courses is established.The sixth part: the practice of LOSB teaching mode for postgraduate ideological and political courses.After the establishment of the new teaching mode of postgraduate ideological and political courses,preliminary extension and application are carried out,and the problems in application are reflected. |
