Study On Cost Management Of Infrastructure Maintenance In DN University

The development of economy and the change of times are both opportunities and challenges for many industries.With the rising of the keynote of "high-quality development" in the market,the importance of cost management is getting higher and higher.In order to maintain the overall high-quality development of infrastructure enterprises,the scope of cost management is expanding and tends to be more refined.The construction and development process of colleges and universities is gradually deepening,and the cost management of the maintenance and transformation of infrastructure facilities in colleges and universities has become the top priority in the project maintenance stage.This thesis studies the cost management of infrastructure maintenance projects in DN University.DN University is the first batch of private universities approved by the Ministry of Education in China.Its architectural style is unique,which has caused great limitations for the maintenance of the campus in the later stage of construction.Due to the single source of capital for the infrastructure of DN University,the fund for the maintenance phase is tight.This requires optimizing the management of the infrastructure maintenance project process,and centralized improvement of the cost control means,in order to develop a cost management model that meets the needs of DN University.This thesis gives a brief description of the cost management process and current problems of infrastructure maintenance of DN University in private colleges and universities.It studies and analyzes the cost management of infrastructure maintenance and reconstruction projects in DN University from the following four aspects: imprecise budget at the project establishment stage,high bid winning price at the bidding stage,cost overrun at the construction stage,and difficulty in meeting the cost at the completion stage.The cause and effect analysis method,questionnaire survey method and target decomposition method are used to analyze the cost management problems of the project,and the fundamental reasons for the baseless budget cost,the imperfect bidding process and system,the inadequate cost supervision in the construction process,and the real settlement cost management system are obtained.It also explains the existing provisions in its basic process,analyzes and solves the problems by using the critical path method and deviation analysis method,and obtains a series of solutions and proposals focusing on reducing costs,shortening time and improving efficiency according to the root cause analysis.Finally,a series of solutions are obtained,such as overall optimization of budget cost,scientific selection of bid winner,control of project change to reduce cost,and establishment of settlement cost system.In order to achieve the goal of improving the cost management system and work efficiency as a whole,and take measures such as resource allocation,personnel training,setting up incentive and reward and punishment systems as support and guarantee,so as to ensure that the solution can really achieve the desired effect.Through the research on the improvement strategy of the maintenance cost management of infrastructure facilities in DN University,this thesis effectively optimizes the relevant process system of the maintenance cost management of infrastructure facilities,controls the overall cost level of the project,reduces the waste of resources and costs,and improves the efficiency of cost management.At the same time,this thesis aims to improve the management ability of DN University’s infrastructure maintenance project managers to effectively control the maintenance cost of infrastructure facilities,and provide reference and reference for other universities’ maintenance project cost management.
